Obviously the mum hated me and kept accusing me ,involving police and social services. 6 months ago my wife 9 not the mother of my children)decided to, I help me, she did everything, I 'avoided' my chidren not to give an opportunity for my ex to accuse me of beating my children. I thought I was safe, however, my younger daughter 'disclosed' at school that I punched her in her belly, an utter lie.

I would say : so what they lie but they are my daughters. But my wife wants to leave me with my dearest son because she says that the accusations will continue and this may affect her and our baby.

Looks like if i struggle to have all the children with me I will loose all of them.

the girls are attached to their mentally ill mother and they can even kill me to think they can be with her.

What is the best advice? I think I have to say good bye to my daughters because the social services are mad, they are not capable of dealing with that kind of issues and they misuse their power.

Did the whiplash cause it? Or for sure it was caused by something else than the whiplash.How can it be established?

It automatically switches the old version of ex (I want to uprade it). I presses f11 to enable reading the cd, and it didn't work; then I pressed f2 , got bios where I made cd/dvd the first to read, but this didn't work either. The computer keeps turning on the old version of xp.

Mind you, installation staigt from cd encounters another problem, I asked before and no one knows about it. So perhaps somebody experienced a similar problem when trying to install from switching on the computer and then reading the cd to install from it, I think then i could have a choice between partitions and that's what i want in fact.

the computer doesn't track/recognize/use the other two partitions with 80 gb each. How can I extend the C: partition's capacity to be able to upgrade my widows xp?

hard drive e: 100 GB and whenever I want to install either through restart or just by clicking install after I put in the code it shows that there is not enough memory on C drive. What can I do? I tried to find how I can install on the other drives, but in vain. O bottle of champagne to the one who can give the right tip.

My ex partner made a false allegation (10th in the last year). Again they investigated?

they, social services and police said, there are no concerns about my and my wife's conduct. This time the allegation is about sexual abuse. I and my wife are worried that she will keep making allegations and the social services and police will alway investigate. She uses the children who lived with her for seven years and last year social sevices took from her place for child neglect. The children can lie and only because they seperately told different stories the police didnt belive them, but if they practise they may make a perfect story. I love the children and they don't mid living with me,but they feel sorry for mother and want to help her.

The last accusation was based on blood that she said she found in my daughter's underwear.

However, there was no bleeding when the children went to stay with their mum over the weekend, just before they were to return she took them to hospital, I think she might have done something to trigger bleeding.

Now when the investigation is finished, the social service in Hackney, London, want me to take the children back. They even dont want to tell me what caused the bleeding and they didn't want to say why she took the children at the end of Sunday after nearly two days staying with her.My wife is scared because we have a baby 4 months old, and my wife thinks that Josephine will not stop using the daughters against me, which involves my wife and my youngest child.

We have shared custody, me 5 days and her 2. If I don't take the children from her knowing she may use the children against me and put their health at risk (poison, physical harm-remeber they will protect her!)will it be ok, or again may she use the fact that I don't take them back against me. Mind you, in her case it is not about the children it is about her hatred, anger, and her pervert thoughts.She is ready to do anything to destroy.

mind you, I would be willing to let the children live with her and only visit me as it was before the social services took them from her. It is only because social services see her as unfit because the neglect was from 2001 to 2008 and the children lived in conditions below human dignity(her metal problem:hoarding and depression).

from her a year ago by social services for child neglect. Every two months she makes a new allegation, each time a different one: beating, neglecting, strangling,sexually abusing- always investigation was carried out and always closed with 'no further action will be taken' and 'no concerns s to the father's conduct'.

However, she will definitevely continue accusing me and using the children. Now me, my wife and our 5 month old son think it i enough. First, she may even harm the children (they can lie to protect her) then our soni might be part of this nightmare when he grows to be aware.

There is no solution? If the continue staing with me/and my wife , there will be again grotesque accusation, police knocking on the door, her keeping the children during investigation. If the children go to live with her, they will fail in life, they will follow in her fotsteps(suspicios, negligent, lack of hygine...) If the go to foster parents they will not be loved the same way.....

Is there any help posssible?

social services ( children in need) a year ago.The problem is we, my wife who is not the mother of my children, would like to go abroad on holiday but the law says that I need to have the mother's permission, who consistently puts herself in the way and does all her best to make my life hell.I don't have money and i can't get any financial hel from legal service comission, so i can't get help from a solicitor.

if i don't get residence order the mother will soon ask to have the children back which will not put them in a good stead, from the report of social services you can learn that the bathroom was full of bikes, the loo was covered with faeces, the walls, tables, floors were covered with human and animal faeces, and the social worker was not able to have a look at the property due to the fact that there was so much stench.

How can I transfer videos from DVD-R yo my PC.

Seems like the computer dos not read the DVD, The page on the computer is blank. I have just bought a new camera but no software ,CD or something, is provided.
