We just got a wii a couple days ago and have discovered that the batteries in the controllers don't last very long. We've got a re-charger unit that plugs into the game system to charge, but don't want to have to leave the game system on all the time to charge the controllers.

Can the controllers be plugged into any USB port on a computer and recharge that way?

I don't know whether it's a "Turppy" or a "Purkey"..... you know, when you stuff a turkey with a puppy.

I've got several large spaghetti squash, more than I can use before they go bad (they're already beginning to spot up and soften). Can they be cooked, gutted out and frozen? Will the pasta-like squash survive in decent/edible condition? If not, I guess we'll be eating LOTS of it for the next week or so.

The phrase, "You can't have your cake and eat it too". It doesn't make sense to me. Why else would I want my cake? If I wanted cake or even just a piece of cake, what else would I want it for, if not to eat it? Cake's moisture content would make it lousy insulation. It doesn't make a good paperweight, it leaves a stain or crumbs and it's even worse as a bookmark.

Cake is useless as a hat, unless of course you actually enjoy being attacked by pigeons, seagulls and squirrels (if it's frosted, there are bees, hornets and wasps to contend with too).

I took my van in to my mechanic to check my brakes. He said I my van needed new brake pads/discs, calipers and rotors, but since he also knows money is very tight for me right now, he decided to turn up the volume of the van's horn instead.

Is the van safe to drive or should I be worried?

I need to lose weight and inches from my thighs. What are some good exercises for this. I have a bowflex with the leg attachments and we have a swim spa.

We are getting a Wii for games & Wii Fit. What are the pros and cons of getting like a 32" LCD TV vs. a Projector? We want to hook up to basic cable, play games, DVD's. Will get some sort of home theater sound system, inexpensive.
