I remember growing up when I was in middle school and in high school, most kids wore boxers, but there were a couple of kids who wore white briefs (tightey whities), and the guys who did were some of the best students in the class and were also very well behaved. I’m wondering if anyone else noticed anything similar with their peers and if anyone thinks that the kind of underwear that we wear affects our behavior. 

I was wondering why some parents out there only allow their sons to wear white briefs (tightey whities), even as they grow older.  I was wondering why they do this and why this rule is so important to them.  I’m wondering why they have such an issue with their sons wearing boxers or boxer briefs and why white briefs are so important.  

I’m 27 years old and I work out at the gym almost every day after work.  I recently bought jockstraps to work out in because some people have said that they’re more comfortable for working out.  I bought plain looking ones in plain colors like black and I didn’t want to get any fancy ones or sexy ones because I don’t want anyone to think I’m showing off or trying to be sexual when I’m changing in the locker room.  I’m curious to see what other people would think if they saw a guy wearing a jockstrap in the locker room before working out.  Would you think that it was weird? Would you judge them?  At the end of the day I don’t really care what anyone else thinks.  I’m there to work out and I want to be comfortable.  It’s mostly just a curiosity.  

I know someone that currently lives with his parents. He’s 24 years old and is on the autism spectrum.  He’s high functioning and is a very good student. His parents do a lot of very disturbing things and it sounds like they have narcissistic personality disorder. The first thing is that they do is that they do not allow him to have a bedroom door. They removed the door from the hinges before he was born. His bathroom has a door on it but the door does not have a lock. He has almost absolutely no privacy. When he needs to change in his bedroom, his dad walks into the room and looks at him while he’s naked. If he says something to him and asks for privacy, he will make a comment like “I’ve seen it all before.” They like to control how his body his and his mom decides how his hair gets cut. When it’s haircut day, his mom takes him to the salon and tells the lady how to cut his hair. They also like to control his body and they forbid him to shave his body hair. He has wanted to shave it before and they are strictly against it. While he showers, they check in on him while he is showering and probably are checking to make sure he isn’t shaving his body. 

Is any of this illegal? Is this considered sexual abuse at all? Would the police do anything about it if it was reported? Is there anything he can do about this?

I noticed that other people who I work with in my bank often do their banking at other banks. I was wondering if it was because they don't want co-workers to be able to see their banking. For other people who work at a bank do you do your banking there?

Is she against the police? How do LEOs feel about her?

Why would the police buy Chevy caprices when the Ford Taurus Interceptor and the Dodge Charger Pursuit are both better?

Is it supposed to be a countdown for something?

How do chip cards generate a unique number for every single transaction? When a transaction goes through, does the number go out and then a new number gets written to the card? Or does the chip contain like 10,000 different codes when the card was created and like use all of them? Or does it work a different way?

Has anybody else noticed that the Bank of America ATMs do this new thing. Some of them suck your card into the ATM and give it back later (it used to spit it back out right away). But at some of the ATMs it will ask you to insert and remove your card. Then it asks you to re-insert the card and then it grabs onto the card so you can't take it out (but it doesn't suck it in). The card just gets stuck in the ATM and then when your done it lets go of it so you can take it out. Why do they do this? I understand why some of them hold onto the card inside the ATM but why does the ATM want me to put my card back in so it can grab onto it? Does anyone know why?

I currently have Xfinity and my house is wired for cable. In every room where there is a TV there is a coaxial cable going from the cable box into the wall. If I wanted to switch to Satellite, would they connect the satellite dish to where the coaxial cable ports are in my house? Would the satellite boxes just connect to where the cable connects to now? Or would I have to have individual wires going from the satellite dish to every single box?

I m white but I don t want to use a racist bank as my bank. Do black people like Wells Fargo and is it a good bank? I think I know other black people who use it but I read online somewhere that it s racist. Are any other banks racist?

I ve never had it done before but it sounds exciting. What does it feel like? Is it fun? Should I have a black man do it to me?

What are some reasons for why people have more than one phone. I only have 1

So I m a gay white male, and I m only attracted to black men. I ve been with plenty of guys before, white and black and even dated a white guy for a year. Within the past year I only find myself attracted to black men now. And that is for several reasons. I just find most of my experiences overall with them to be so much better. I have found them to be so much more passionate, dominant, more respectful and appreciative, confident, better kissers etc. I guess it happened after last fall semester when I hooked up with a black guy (he was 18 and I m 23) and since then I ve just been less interested in white guys. I was with a really attractive white guy my age a few months ago and it was good and everything but it just seemed like so much was missing. I just no longer find myself interested in them anymore.

Because of this I feel that some black men get offended sometimes and saying that I m racist or just objectifying black men for sex but I m not only attracted to them just for sex. I m just attracted to dominant and powerful men overall. It s not that I don t give white guys a chance, they are just not what I m interested in. There are white guy s who I was attracted to before and I m just not interested in them now.

Why don't they get rid of him?

I was raised Catholic and I am so happy that I do not practice my religion anymore. I grew up going to church and went to Catholic school. I guess it just was never for me. I didn't enjoy church and all those rules you had to follow. I feel like religion just makes people miserable and in fear. But I guess there are positive effects that it has on people if they choose to practice it. I was forced to get confirmed into being Catholic by my parents. After that I haven't been in a church ever since. It's kinda pointless they made me get confirmed since the whole idea of it means you want to be a Catholic for the rest of your life, where for me that was my last experience ever being a catholic.

What does religion and fath do for you? Do you really think your life is better because of it? Or is it something you were just thrown into?

I was an iPhone user and switched to Android a few years ago. I had a Moto X, Galaxy, and now I have a Galaxy Note 4. I was thinking of going back to iPhone. I just enjoy a phone that works all the time without any glitches, I like having iMessage, always having updates etc. But part of me is worried that if I go back to an iPhone I will regret it. I know there are great things about the iPhone but I guess my biggest concern is that iOS just seems so boring. My other thought though is that if I get a new iPhone I think I'll like it since it is new and a great phone. I want to know what other people's experiences were like.

She s been acting so childish lately and any likability I had toward her is gone now. For someone who makes as much money as she does, she just needs to show up to work and act happy and do her job. Her show will go on, everyone will be fine. Her needing to be the center of attention recently really showed me why so many people don t like her and I don t know if I ll go back to liking her again.

I got a call from Direct Energy. They said that my account with them was expiring. I don t have an account with Direct Energy. I told her it sounded like a scam and she was like "what did you say?" and then I hung up. Is it a scam?
