Is it weird to wear a romper to someone else's graduation?
I think the dresses I have with me are too formal for a graduation so I was wondering if a romper would be too casual? Thanks!
8 AnswersFashion & Accessories4 years agoDid he use me?
I had a guy friend who was heartbroken over an ex-girlfriend, and it was a few months after they broke up that we hung out and we ended up kissing. He wanted to do it because he liked me and thought it would help him get over his ex. I liked him too and wanted to try it out since I ve never kissed anybody. We both weren t interested in dating, but after we kissed he pretended it never happened and a few weeks later was going after another girl. I was actually hoping we would become better friends, so finding out he moved on was pretty hurtful. Does it sound like he used me? We agreed not to tell anybody about what happened, and I don t know of anyone who knows. Also, we still talk normally when we run into each other; we just never hang out. Thoughts?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating4 years agoFirst kiss with someone I'm not dating?
There's this guy I've been friends with in college for about half a year. His ex broke up with him two months ago, and he was really heartbroken. We decided to try something out recently as friends (we both don't want to date right now) just to see what it's like. So I had my first kiss with him, and we actually made out for a while. Our relationship is still pretty normal right now; we're still friends. We agreed not to tell any of our friends about it, and I'm not going to. Honestly, I did it because I felt sorry for him more than I really wanted to kiss him, even though I liked him. Right now I'm still trying to process what happened. I kinda wish my first kiss was with someone I was dating, but at the same time I really enjoyed kissing him. Do you think this make me a terrible person??

I'm running for a position at school and the form says to attach my "platform for office." Is that like what you're supposed to put on your campaign sign??
Thanks!

1 AnswerChemistry5 years agoDo rapists deserve to die?
I think we can agree that rapists deserve punishment, but do they really deserve to die? This is probably an unpopular opinion but I think there are exceptions. I think those who feel guilty and admit that they did something really bad have the ability to become good people. There must be a motive for rapists, and I think it mainly has to do with their surroundings that affect their thoughts and emotions. What if we had put them in a better position? Would they still have become a rapist? If the same were to be done after they committed the crime, would there be a chance they could become better and do good in the world?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
10 AnswersOther - Society & Culture5 years agoHow do I announce leaving my church?
I'll be moving away next week and I want to tell my church that I'm leaving. I joined the church last year and it's the first one I've been part of. I want to say like "i'm thankful that God led me to this church" and "i will come back and visit." I also want to say God bless to them and stuff like that but I'm not sure how to say it. Please help! Thanks!

1 AnswerChemistry5 years agoWould I need braces again?
I lost my retainer at a hotel. They said they'll ship it to my house but after a week they still haven't arrived. Then I called them again and nobody said they found it. So 2 weeks after I lost it, I went in the orthodontist office and they took an impression.
I'm getting my retainer in 10 days. By the time I get my retainer, it'll be 4 weeks after I last put it in! I'm afraid my teeth will start shifting even more within the week. Does 4 weeks sound too long??? Will it make that much of a difference? Btw, I've worn my retainer for a little more than a year.
4 AnswersDental5 years agoIs this impolite?
I invited a friend over at 3:00 and had to go somewhere at 6:00. I didn't think they would stay past 6, but they did and I had to rearrange my plans. If I had told her I needed to be somewhere at 6, would that be rude? I try not to rearrange my plans, but I didn't know what else to do.
6 AnswersFriends5 years agoEvidence for Kesha and Dr. Luke's court case?
As much as I want to believe that Dr. Luke is guilty, there's something that makes me wonder if Kesha is telling the truth. Shouldn't there be solid evidence for kesha's case if Dr. Luke sexually assulted her? Can't they do DNA tests or something? I've seen some strange tweets from him that had been deleted, but I think scientific evidence would untimately decide if he's guilty.

1 AnswerMathematics5 years agoHow do I respond to this text?
My friend just texted me saying she probably can't go to prom.
I asked her why and she said she's going to a funeral (I think it's her grandma's because she mentioned that she was going to pass away soon).
I don't know how to respond to that and I'm afriad I'll say the wrong thing. How would you respond?
Thanks
3 AnswersFriends5 years agoPhysics I torque/lever question?
In the problem, there's a 60N force exerted on a lever at an angle above the lever. The lever arm is given a measurement, and it asks what the torque is for the lever (which i solved). It also asks if all of the 60N force goes into rotating the lever? I don't think it would but I need help understanding why/why not.
Thanks!

1 AnswerPhysics5 years agoQuestion about sleep cycle?
If I sleep 30 minutes or an hour earlier than tomorrow and wake up at the same time, will I be more tired or awake than today?
I don't really know much about sleep cycles, but I heard that sleeping more at different times doesn't make you more awake.
Please explain! Thanks.
1 AnswerOther - General Health Care6 years agoPhysics projectiles question?
An object is launched with initial velocity 30 m/s at an angle of 32 above the horizontal. The object strikes the ground 25m lower than its starting point.
How long does it take for the object to strike the ground?
With what velocity will it strike the ground?
I believe this involves kinematic equations but I don't know which one to use and what to plug in if we don't know the starting point. Please help!
1 AnswerPhysics6 years agoPhysics projectiles questions?
If I launched an object and Dx=2, Dy=1, Range=25, and t=2
what kinematic formula(s) (or any other formulas) would I use to solve the launch angle and the velocities of the horizontal and vertical axis?
Thank you!!
1 AnswerPhysics6 years agoPhysics kinematics question?
If a bird is standing 40m above the ground, and a piece of food is dropped from 15m higher, with what acceleration must the bird descend to catch the food?
It's a weird example but I need to know how to answer questions like these! I think it's only using kinematic equations and there's no free fall involved.
Thanks!
