Hi guys, I'm in college, and am going on a liquor run, I need your opinion!

I am looking for everyone's favorite flavored vodka for shots. Brand and flavor, and if you know the approx price thats cool too.

What kind of shots does everyone like???

I would like to start a 10 gallon tropical fish tank. I know absolutely everything I need to do to set up the tank itself, and make it perfect and ready for the fish, I just need to know.....

WHAT FISH!?!?!?

What I want:

I want bright, beautiful fish, that are docile and community fish.

And I want them to be easy and hearty!

What is your advice? What are your favorite beginner tropical fish? What tropical fish do you like to put together?

I have a pet male hairless rat that I love dearly, and was wondering if I could feed him some herbs from my spice garden as treats. I have cilantro, basil, oregano, mint, chives, and lettuce growing. I know he can eat the lettuce and cilantro, but what about the others?

Also, any recommendations on treats that your rats like are welcome :-)

I just got 3 Air Plants at a tourist stop in Provincetown MA, and while I was shaking one off after watering today, half of the plant broke off. It was completely my fault, I shook too hard, but I could have cried because the plant was in bloom! 2 blooms were clearly visible, beautiful, and purple, and I could tell there were about 7 more that were going to come up. I'm so upset. Will the top half of the plant still bloom, since it gets its nutrients through the leaves? Will the bottom half of the plant still produce pups??? What should I do!

I have a baby Eastern Painted Turtle, hatchling size. He eats a diet of blood worms, feeder guppies, and duckweed. I have turtle pellets that I have been trying to feed him, he will act like he does with his other food items; get excited when he sees it, swims quickly up to it, but instead of snapping it up, he just looks at it and swims away. I'm going to continue to try the pellets, and continue to feed the blood worms, feeders, and duckweed, but I need to know if he needs a vitamin supplement. If so, which one? And how do I give it to him? I've read you are supposed to mix it with their food, but his food is always in the water, so won't it dissolve? He gets sunlight every day, real not artificial, and when he is getting sunlight half his tank is always shady so he can cool off. Please help with the vitamin question though! I don't know if the food items he is eating supply ALL of the nutrients he needs. He gets protein (bloodworms and fish) and leafy greens (duckweed). I'm sure the fish have calcium, but is it enough?

My incredible boyfriend gave me an incredible ring for Christmas :) It is silver with a heart cut tanzanite stone and diamond chips :) At first I thought it was 14k silver, but people told me that silver is usually marked with numbers such as 925 to describe the contents of the metal. Does the 14k stamp mean that this is 14 karat white gold? Or 14 karat silver?

My two green cheeks are nesting on 2 eggs. They had 3 but one cracked and I removed it, and there may be more on the way. Lola, the female, doesn't like cuttlebones. She has one available but doesn't use it.

In the past they have had lots of treats, including chocolate icecream (only a few licks ;) ). I was wondering if giving them something healthier like yogurt would help get Lola some calcium.

Can I give them yogurt???

My female green cheek conure, Lola, and her cage mate Pippin, a male of the same species, have been mating a LOT for the last month or two. Today she was acting extremely strange, begging to be taken out, and digging in my lap when I let her out.

She laid an egg in my lap.... what do I do!?

I put her egg in a nesting box in her cage, removed Pippin (only because he is rather destructive and aggressive) and put her in the cage, covering it up.

Should I put the male back even though he is aggressive and may, in his fun, rip appart the nesting box?

Also, how long do green cheeks lay on their eggs before they hatch? I think about 23 days but I'm not sure.

LASTLY: Lola will not go near the nesting box. After she laid the egg in my lap, she was completely normal again acting as if nothing had happened, I tried to show her the egg and the box but she is too distracted.

HELP!

I have noticed recently, that my boyfriend has a small grape sized lump on his right testicle, on the top. While we are fooling around I often massage his balls, like I usually do, but the last few times it has been to check him out.

The lump is definitely not normal, it is not on his other testicle.

How do I break it to him that I want him to get checked out? I am so scared it might be cancer. I don't want him to feel like less of a man, and I don't want him to think that I don't like him the way he is.

I just want to be as gentle with this as possible.
