Why do Christians view the bible as fact and go to it for reference in their everyday lives? Back when they wrote the bible, there was no technology, science or any proof for that matter that there was a magical man in the sky who made everything. If the bible was written with today's technology about things, probably nothing would be mentioned about a god. Honestly, I think it kind of makes you look naive when we have legit fact about the world now and you still believe in an unseen force treating you like puppets.

Well, according to the Christians i've talked to, heaven is supposed to be perfect and Hell is supposed to be horrible. This seems kind of far fetched and unachievable. Well in my perfect heaven, I could sin all I freaking want and get everything I want. But sinning is bad and greed is bad. So if everything that God thinks is bad is actually good in my opinion, would Hell be more like a heaven?

I mean, sure based on the biased word of the bible, (No offense) he is apparently evil. But for those who believe everything bad is his fault must be in denial. If God has everything oh-so-planned out, wouldn't the bad be his making? Sorry fort he details and the bitter tone, but I want to know if Satan really is evil.

I know in the bible she consented. But did she really want to have him? Perhaps she was, i dont know, intimidated. Maybe she wanted a normal baby with Joseph. I just want to know if she WANTED to have him.
