Althought I am thankful to be employed during these tough times I am trying to get out of a dead end job. I currently have my Bachelor degrees in Business and Psychology and work in finance. What would be the easiest and best way to get into IT? Are there introductory liscenses or exams that would give me an advantage on a resume? What are the tests and fees?

Here is my weekly routine:

Breakfast: 2 eggwhites and 1 egg

Snack1 : yogurt at 10 am

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat bread, handful of dry roasted unsalted peanuts and a banana, water to drink

Snack 2: handful of almonds and an apple

dinner: Brown rice and 2 chicken breasts with corn

I've eaten this about every day for 2 weeks now and have lost 4 pounds. However I've been working out for 4 weeks now and have only lost 4 lbs. I'm currenltly 6'2'' 240 lbs.

M,W,F Workouts: Cardio 3 days a week, run/jog sprint 3 miles

then: circuit training: Benchpress 4 sets of 10, bicep curls: 3x10, bent over rows, triceps 3x10, ab crunches 50 reps 3x10, add lunges on Fridays 3x10, mountain climbers 3 x10

I'm ready for results any thoughts here?

I recently bought a new home theatre system for my new apartment. Well the issue is the subwoofer is a 340W dual-drive passive subwoofer and is extremely loud. I have to turn the entire stereo down so that the bass doesn't disturb my neighbors. (They've already called management on me twice!) I've stuffed a couple socks in the air vent or port in the back to muffle some of the sound. It seems to be helping a little. I'm looking for maybe a better way to muffle the sound without taking away from the overall sound of my new stereo without disturbing my neighbors. Any advice?

I recently was supposed to move into an apartment. I showed up to move my things into the apartment and was suprised to see my carpet rolled up and the concrete floor exposed. I looked over and was startled to see the carpet guy replacing the padding under the carpet since I had all my stuff packed and people on their way to help me move! Apparently what happened was the cap to the water heater according to them came off, and flooded the entire living room. Well their idea(apartment management) is to reimburse me $100 and they are going to replace the carpet padding (the foam pad under the carpet). However, I feel that they should replace the entire carpet and provide me with new carpet because according to the carpet guy mold had developed in the carpet padding. I'm wondering if I have any legal ground to stand on here. I'm not an attorney and I want to make sure that I'm compensated properly. Any advice here?

mine broke along with probably 3/4 of the people that bought rockband. How do I fix this and where can I get the number for EA so I can have them send me a new one?

I don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of these twisted individuals seeking to become famous by shooting and killing innocent people. This should be one of our highest priorities here in the United States. Why does it seem like no one is doing anything about this especially politicians?

Can you collect the skulls in cooperative gameplay? If one of you gets the skull do you both get the acheivement?

Ok How do you use the headset as a microphone? I want to be able to sing and play the guitar at the same time. Is this possible? It came with those connectors that show the headset being plugged into the guitar or drums but I've tried following the diagram and it doesn't work. I will plug the mic into the usb port but it will either pick up the regular mic and not the headset, or if I unplug the usb to the mic and leave just the headset plugged in it will say no mic is connected. It doesn't seem to be possible. 10 points for the best answer.

I'm 6'2 237lbs. I run about 2 or 3 miles every other day and have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. However, I want to lose about 25 more lbs and fast. Any good websites for excercises I could be doing to compliment my cardio. I'm trying to get down to about 205 or less is my ideal weight.

Ok this chick is driving me crazy. What's rediculous is that we've never actually met in person. A friend of mine told me we would be a good match and gave me her number. So I called her and we've been chatting back and forth for awhile on the phone and by email. Well she's giving me some mixed signals. For example yesterday she called me to tell me she was going to work and that she would call me later. She didn't call. I've tried setting up a time for us to go out but they keep falling through. I mean we've never even met, yet I won't call her for a day and she'll keep calling me. Any advice here? Should I just not return her phone calls or emails anymore?

You get a girls number through a friend and you start texting and chatting via email. However, when you set up a date and call her she doesn't answer and you don't hear from her? She said she was excited to hear from me. What gives I mean I'm a young attractive guy whats up?
