I've been doing this type of weight lifting for about 4-5 months and no idea what it's exercising.. I've been doing it because it feels like the easiest exercise to perform.

Okay, so as the title says, I have slightly crooked fingers.

I've been cracking my knuckles for a good 10-11 years, since I'm 19 now, probably going on 12 years.

I get small amounts of pain, as well as burning sensations in my knuckles; generally when I do, it's on my right-index knuckle - but only there.

Could this be a sign of arthritis?
