I used to solely do cardio (jogging) for my workouts but lately all I've been doing are squats and crunches in attempt to tighten and tone. im not trying to lose weight really, I'm at a good weight but I am not very toned or have much muscle. I tried doing both cardio and strength-building in the past but it becomes too much for me and I always stop and resort back to just jogging. I'm an 18 year old 5'3" 120lb girl with good eating habits if that counts for anything

i got my first tattoo a few weeks ago. I'm starting to regret it :( I'm mostly regretting where I got it, it's on my side. if I had gotten it somewhere else like my back or something I probably wouldn't even regret it, or would regret it a lot less. like even if I get it touched up or covered up I'll still regret having a tattoo there at all. I just want some comfort from people who have gone through this I guess. later in life like in a year or two or so I'll probably get it removed, it's small and colorless so it shouldn't be too hard. idk I feel bummed out.

I'm thinking of ideas for my next tattoo. I want it to be something spiritual, but not religious. I wanted it to represent the passing of my brother/mom without being too obvious if you know what I mean (like only I would know it's for them to avoid having to explain it to people). I also don't want it to be a person or object- I want it to be some sort of symbol... I know it's very specific. does anyone have any ideas? I'd really really appreciate anything

I got my first tattoo last night (it's on my side/ribs, it's just black, no shading or color) and I was wondering the best form of after-care. the artist who did mine is professional and experienced, and he told me that I don't have to worry about moisturizing it because all it does is lighten the ink, and the tattoo drying out is an important part of the healing process. I trust his opinion but wanted to see what other people think. should I bandage it? moisturize it? leave it alone? help me lol. thank you(:

I want to take a college course in either psychology or sociology, i'm not sure which one I would like better. I took a psychology class in high school and it seems to primarily deal with the human brain- in a more scientific, matter of fact way. and I believe sociology deals with human behavior? so it'd be more social experiments etc? I really enjoyed psychology and I wouldn't mind taking it again, but I feel like I might be more interested in sociology since it would be less scientific, like not just learning about parts of the brain etc.

sometimes I feel like my cat is pregnant, but she's not showing much, if at all. for example sometimes I'll feel her stomach and can feel movement, but it might be her organs moving around? she's also been very clingy and today I noticed she had discharge coming from her vagina. her tummy is a little round but she's been pregnant once before not too long ago (two months ago) so I feel it may just be post-baby weight. I don't know I guess I'll find out!!

I kinda feel like we should legally have to vote. we have the option to, like so many countries do not, and we do not take advantage or appreciate it. I feel like it would make a lot more people care about politics of they had to vote too. I know it isn't really in the spirit of democracy though

I can t take them seriously. they call his blatant racist and generally awful remarks "the truth," and actually believe he has the potential to run our country. I don t think he has a chance of getting elected, but it still blows my mind that people would seriously vote for him. of course these people are awful and racist themselves, so...

for some reason I've always thought that the presidential election is rigged, and the people's vote doesn't matter at all but they let us vote in order to keep the elision of democracy. I'm not like a crazy skeptic, but that thought has always been in the back of my mind. what do you guys think? I'm not sure who would choose, I guess people v high up in the government.

i know what I want but not where I want it. I'm thinking either between my boobs, or on my upper back between my shoulder blades. which one do you think? the tattoo design is hard to describe but it'll be about the size of my palm.

or at least the number of religious people will greatly decrease? I feel like maybe as technology develops and we become more and more enlightened, religion will start to fade out, a bit, at least. I mean, religion is already far less as big of a deal as it used to be. I doubt it would go away completely, but do you think it will go down even more?

all day its felt like there been something in my left eye, and it's been getting worse. I tried washing it out and I looked in my eye and it doesn't look like there's anything in there. It's a bit swollen and red but I think that's from rubbing it. My pupil in my left eye also looks smaller than the one in my right... Did I damage my eye or something? I don't recall hurting it. Will it go away? Am I going to be okay?

if the leader wasn't a tyrant with bad intentions? I believe that if we had a good hearted leader with fair ideas, communism would be the ideal government system. It really COULD be, it has the potential, it's the leader/government that makes or breaks it.

I might be getting a 4-door '92 Chevy Blazer for my first car. It's in pretty good condition, I think it just needs a new fuel tank. Are they pretty good cars? For my first car I'd be completely lucky to get it regardless, but I'm just curious, and don't know much about cars lmao

I just got my permit today, I'm 17 1/2. I know you have to have 50 hours of driving practice, but is there a certain amount of TIME you must hold your permit for before applying for a license? If I complete the 50 hours in say, 2 months, rather than 6 months, can I apply for my license? Or am I required to wait 6 months? The restrictions are a little lighter once you turn 17 1/2, like for example, you don't have to complete drivers Ed. I turn 18 in 5 months, so once I turn 18 I know I can apply for a license, but I'd like to get it as soon as I can. Thank you!!

I'm 5'2", 120 pounds, 17 years old, and a female. I'm just planning on eating right and exercising for about 30 minutes per day (by running). How long will it take me? 2-4 months?? I only plan on losing 10 pounds because I feel anything less would be too skinny/hard to maintain.. Anyways thanks!

Yesterday I took 3 5/500 vicodin and got a nice buzz, that was around 4pm. It's 12pm now and I want to take 3/4 more to get high again but I'm scared that it'd be too much too soon. (These are my last 4 so I'm not gonna become an addict or anything, I had a bottle in the house and decided to have some fun with it, so don't warn me about that, just help pls I'm gonna take them sooner or later anyways) should I wait until it's been 24 hours?

How much Vicodin can a (relatively small, low-tolerance) 120lb. 17 year old girl take? Like what would 1 pill do? 2? 3?? I'm not abusing it, it just came to mind and I'm curious

I started smoking in 7th grade occasionally, like once every several months. As a junior in high school, I began smoking everyday. At it's worst, a bowl or two a day, which doesn't sound too bad but I have a pretty low tolerance. Anyways, I used to always enjoy my highs; I would feel great physically and happy mentally. But lately when I smoke, I become panicked, paranoid, frantic, depressed, and don't feel physically good either. In one bad trip, I had to impulsively move around to keep myself from freaking out, I felt like a tweaker. A few weeks later, I had a brownie with some friends, and for some reason thought they were trying to kill me. I didn't say anything but mentally, I was tripping out very hard.

I've quit since this happened, and probably won't smoke again. But what's causing these sudden bad trips? They're super scary and make me feel like I'm going crazy.
