  • What time to take Pristiq?

I'm in the process of switching from Lexapro 20mg to Pristiq 50mg, starting Pristiq tomorrow. What is the best time to take it? Morning or night? I'm used to taking Lexapro at night, will Pristiq keep me awake? When can I expect to notice the changes? Lexapro has worked fine for the last 2 years, but it has killed my sex drive. For my husband's sake I'm switching to Pristiq. Hopefully it works! =)

  • Women: How do I increase my sex drive?

I feel like I'm failing as a wife because I have a very low sex drive due to the birth control and Lexapro I'm taking. Any suggestions on how to become "horny" again? Something I should eat? Herbal medicine? Please help me make my husband's life a little more enjoyable!

  • I'm looking for a portable scanner, printer thing...?

Hi, I'm looking for a portable scanner, printer thing. when I go some where for work, and I need paper documents transferred to the computer, or copied, then I can just use this device to do that. I'm sure I have seen this before, its kinda like the small kodak portable printer. But I also want the ability to copy, and scan documents. Any info about said device would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • How can I ignore mean things people say??

I just received an email from a friend of a friend who proceeded to chew me out for everything I did (or didn't) do for my friend and her wedding. This girl doesn't know me, and I feel like I should defend myself and correct all the completely false and negative things she said. But others that the girl doesn't even deserve a response and I should just ignore her. But how can I ignore something that hurt me so much? It is the meanest letter I have received and makes me want to cry just thinking about it. I'm 27 and haven't experienced this type of cruelty since high school, and it doesn't help that I'm naturally a people-pleasing person (which I know is impossible at times). So any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

  • Which is worse for women: coffee or espresso drinks?

I've heard that the acid in coffee isn't good for women, but does that include espresso drinks like lattes? I was thinking that I would stop drinking straight coffee and just stick to a latte or a mocha, for the added benefit of calcium in the milk, etc. Would this make a difference, or are they both equally bad? Thanks!

  • religion vs. art/music?

I'm writing a paper based on conservative religious views of art and music. We read the book "My Name is Asher Lev" which discusses the Jewish viewpoint of art, and I was curious about how other religions view it. Any ideas? I'm thinking of religions like Amish, Quaker, and other ultra-conservative groups. What is their take on art and/or music?

  • Yaz vs. Depo Shot??

I'm on the shot right now for about the 7th month, but I think I'm having nearly all of the side effects (spotting, anxiety, nervousness, stomach issues, etc). Is Yaz a good alternative? Does it have less side effects? I don't normally get effected by side effects, so this is new to me. I'm married, 26, and don't have any kids. I'm not worried about the weight gain issues, I could probably use it anyway (5'5" and 100 lbs). I'm going to ask a doctor about it next week, because my 3 months are almost up, but I'd like some first hand advice from anybody that can help. Thanks!

  • Toning suggestions?

I'm looking for simple ways to tone my body. I only way about 105, but I don't exercise outside of going up and down stairs and carrying things at work and school. I'd like to tone my thighs, butt, and stomach, but I don't have time for anything extreme. Any suggestions? Are yoga and pilates really all that good? Thanks for the help! =)

  • Kitten vs. The Catbox?

We adopted an older kitten a few weeks ago, but she still hasn't learned how to cover her poo in the catbox. She will give a half-hearted attempt to cover it, but ends up digging on the side of the box or the carpet, then just gives up and leaves. It smells SO bad, is there anything I can do to encourage her to cover it up??

  • Effective birth control with minimum side effects??

I've been on the shot for about 7 months, but the spotting is starting to annoy me and make me self conscious during sex. Does anyone have any advice about a birth control that is easy and really effective, yet doesn't have many side effects? My husband and I really don't want kids anytime soon. I'm not too thrilled about taking a pill every day, because I'm afraid I'll forget, but if it's the best I can do then I suppose I'd try it. Thanks for the advice!

  • A&P Mechanic????

I'm thinking about taking schooling to become an A&P Mechanic (someone who works on aircraft). My question is if anyone knows anything about this career, and if its any good, how much one makes, and what kind of job availability there is. The more info you give the better.

    Thanks!!!
