In the past I have had Norton 360 Internet/virus protection and every time I asked for Tech support, the tech person was out of country. They were hard to understand, bad connections, terrible customer service, left hanging or disconnect/hang ups.

I apologized for not being able to understand their speech and asked for tech person I could understand results in disconnects/ hang ups. My experience with Norton was enough, as they logged in/ rescue me my laptop now has so many problems like RE- installing windows files every time the laptop is booted up.

All Norton password files lost/inaccessible, or being told I did not have those files to begin with. They transfer me to some supposedly supervisor, he verifies my phone number for a call back if disconnected, that happens,I am still waiting after 5 days for that call back. As a result I am trying to locate a internet/virus protection software that their tech support based in our country, US?

The mail button on yahoo toolbar for firefox 2.6.1.201.305 does not have drop down box for disposable address add/edit? Can this be fixed or do

we have to wait for Yahoo to fix what they broke???

New Yahoo mail, the add blocked address does not work. I enter the address I want to block and click add button, nothing happens? This new mail is garbage and whomever wrote the language in the new yahoo mail needs to go back to school..........If you are going to update yahoo mail at least get the bugs out before upgrading us.

Yahoo direct me to use the gear in right hand corner of my mail page to

find the mail options, guess what it is NOT LISTED under the gear.

Now What???????????

I am trying to delete some empty folders I set up but the options are not shown.

Directions: empty folder, click on delete, no delete there. I have the new mail +, with

classic mail you could edit and move emails around and delete folders no longer needed/wanted.

Does the newest Yahoo Mail have the option "setting to immediately delete spam" and does it work?

I have Classic Mail and although the option is offered it does not work, it did, until Yahoo fixed what was not broken as usual and do not notify any users of option changes, premium account or otherwise.

I am receiving spam emails that are not addressed to me and the spam is set to delete immediately and it is not working at all. I have not changed any settings and have reported this problem and requested help from Yahoo Tec and that is a joke, they do not reply, nor do they help. Have they changed this option and did not inform Yahoo users, like so many other options they did away with? They have changed the spam options in the new Yahoo Mail, the option to delete immediately is not an option any longer.

For the last week I have been receiving somebody else's emails. I have sent emails every day and still have no response from Yahoo. I cannot find an email address to forward copies of these emails to their spoof department or? I also am receiving spam, although I have set, reset several times the filters to immediately delete these, but guess what folks it does not. I am just about ready to cancel my accounts with Yahoo after all thee years for Yahoo's lack of response and help. Is anyone else having these problems?

What happen with this new Yahoo we no longer have the options: examples of spelling or the option to add to the dictionary??? Those are EXCELLENT OPTIONS as not every word is in a regular dictionary as some names are not and using the option to "ADD" to dictionary saves time next time you compose an email.

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 7/64 bit and my older copier/printer drivers will not install. I phoned the manufacture Canon and they will not/can not supply the drivers necessary. I do not want to replace my copier/printer as there is nothing wrong with it. I also have a HP Office jet Pro and am hoping that it will work with Windows 7. I know these printers are 32 bit, is there s solution if so what? I am really disappointed with "Canon" as other wise their technical help has been great.

I upgraded to 3.6.12 from a previous firefox and now my anti virus software will not work properly. Can I go to add/remove programs and remove 3.6.12 and leave my previous version, will firefox be okay?

All of sudden I have an unwanted button on my toolbar namely "Get IE8 Now", I have tried to remove it, no can do, not an option. I do not want IE8 and do not want it on my toolbar. Help. I get so tired of Yahoo doing what ever they feel like with without asking the paying members/customers.

Now that Yahoo Mail Plus has removed the following: a: Spam addresses are not automatically blocked any longer, but Yahoo failed to tell us paid mail plus members. b: No choice whether to include the incoming emails with our replys, again Yahoo failed to inform the paying mail plus members. Those are the features I depended on when I paid for "Yahoo Mail Plus".

I have 2 notebooks and 2 printers. 1 printer is HPG85 Office Jet, 1 is Cannon D880. Neither are wireless. Can I have both laptops recognize both printers without hard USB wires, if so what equipment would I need?
