i am trying to run a 16 bit program on a 32 bit machine in windows 10. i got it running with dosbox, but now i am getting an error message that the program requires a vga monitor. is there a hack to make the program think i have a vga adapter?

A fellow I know has a backup on a PC of an iPad. The backup contains text messages sent by his ex-wife when they shared an iTunes account. She’s fighting for custody of their daughter. He has seen the messages on the iPad, which he claims contain a conspiracy between the ex and her lover to set the guy up for a DCFS investigation and an arrest on a bogus drug charge. He’s tried to access the backup but it’s asking him for an iTunes password. Is there a way around this?

Can a custody evaluator talk about the case with either parents' attorney during the evaluation? How about the child's rep, guardian, or child's attorney? I'm in illinois.

Replacing the boiler in a Chicago Style Bungalo, roughly 1700 sq feet per floor. I want to be able to heat the basement, first floor, second floor. The building currently has two systems -- radiant heat serving 6 radiators on the first floor (2 large ones in front room, one large one in the dining room and kitchen, a small one by the kitchen door, and a medium sized one in the master bathroom on the first floor) and GFA serving first and second floors. The current boiler was never used to heat the second floor or basement.

An online BTU estimator indicates i need 280,000 BTU's to heat the house.

It's likely we'll only need to heat one, or two of the floors most of the time.

Here are my questions: Do I really need 280K BTU?

If I get that big a boiler, that'll be overkill if we only need to heat one or two floors. How do I create three zones? Do I do that with three pumps and one boiler? What about using three smaller boilers so I'm not cranking up 280K BTU unless all three floors are in use?

I'm planning on using 1/2" PEX with the O2 barrier for most of the lines. Should I zone with one boiler and a manifold, with closable pex lines to each room?

If I go to two or three smaller boilers, what BTU output should i look for?

I have two separate stacks, three floor drains and a clean out in my basement. The catch basin has eroded, and two plumbers told me I can disconnect the catch basin from the system and have everything run directly to the main sewer line (it's code where i am). I got two estimates...6K and $500. The difference is based on opinions about how much basement floor needs to be broken up to connect the stacks and drains to the main sewer line. One guy thinks he can go right from the secondary stack and tie in to a drain three feet away that runs to the main line. The other guy thinks he has to go from the secondary stack to the primary stack, a distance of 25 feet.

How can I get an accurate map of the drain and sewer lines in the basement?

I have a 10.1" Acer laptop. I'm having system function problems and probably need to reinstall windows.

Problem is, I have proprietary software with 20+ "uses" on it and there is no way to uninstall the program and keep the uses I've purchased.

Can I back up the entire drive, reinstall the system, and lay the programs back on top of that?
