Can I load software from a desktop to an Acer 10" laptop?
The Acer does not have an internal CD or DVD drive. Is there a way for me to load software from my desktop directly onto the Acer, such as through ethernet or USB cables?

I think what u have in mind is network sharing. Software is treated as a file in this situation and the normally copy the software to a flash drive or CD/DVD and transfer it to another computer. Network sharing require some setting and maybe too complex for you.
