  • Help...Broken Foot!!?

One week ago, I fell going up one lousy stair.. (can you believe it?) Anyways, I thought I only sprained my foot, cuz the swelling went down and I can walk on it.. Yesterday however, I had an xray just to make sure, and Yes.. there is a fracture, on the side, obviously not bad cuz I can walk on it.. Anyway my question is... I have to go see an ortho guy today and I do not want a cast! I have to be able to drive, Can they give me some kind of brace or stabelizer?? I need some advice on how to convince this doc that I cannot have a cast..... what do you think? Any help is appreciated....

  • Small Craft business... Tax questions?

I make small crafts like soaps and candles. I sell them at some out door fairs and things like that. I do have a sellers permit for the state I am in of WI. My question is about taxes. I haven't filed them yet for my business. See I haven't saved any receipts or anything simply because I haven't made like barely any money off of this for this last year.. So Can I just claim expenses and the actual income from the business to be a low amount .... and file this and it should be alright? will I have to prove anything, like over a certain amount?? sorry to babble, just worried..

  • something special for a grieving friend...?

One of my dearest friends lost her father just recently. She received several arrangements of flowers, cards, the usual.. I would like to do something different for her, would it be stupid to take her out to dinner and just spend time with her? Or should I opt for the traditional?

  • Custody questions... please help?

the father and I were never married, i had primary custody and father seen him whenever he wanted. yesterday in court comm. hearing I signed a paper saying dad could have primary custody, I was prepared to pay child support against what he already owes me in arrears, (9000.00), the commisioner said I had to pay the full 17% which would be alot for me I make decent money. and since he doesn't work, says he makes 500 monthly, they only are making him repay me 50 dollars a month i was floored what?? how fair is this? this guy is a loser and I didn't know he lost his last job, (he never told me) otherwise i wouldn't have signed my kid over to him. they said I could appeal this within 15 days, which I will do, question: what if he doesn't want to give him back (cuz he loved the figure I'd have to pay monthly) I have several pro's on my side, but is this going to turn into a mess, should I get a lawyer, that is so expensive... I am sick to death about this all.. any suggestions would help.
