I've dealt with this POS for 6 months and it's always one thing after another. Last couple weeks the car has become sluggish. Sometimes jerky when accelerating, sometimes it dies. Yesterday I went to move it into the garage and it started up fine and ran better than it has for weeks!! Still has a check engine light on says Bank 1 is running lean. I have repaced fuel filter, spark plugs, as well as other parts that shouldn't affect this. Is it fuel pump or MAF sensor? I thought if it was fuel pump it would not have improved over time, but only get worse.

Just bought this car, 120,000 miles. Has been nothing but a pain. Now the car check engine light is on, got it checked at Autozone, came back with 02 sensor, ignition, and or fuel injector problems. Recently car started jerking front to back when moving from a stop. Only happens at or near idle. Not it is stalling at stop lights. Starts right back on, but can't stop more thatn 3-4 times wihout dying. Suggestions??? I figured the fuel injectors are dirty, probably going to check fuel filter. It acts like its not getting enough fuel when it dies.

While driving through an intersection with construction on all sides, a cadillac in front couldn't make a right turn, backed up, and proceeded right. In the mean time the light turned red. I drove through the intersection, since I was alreay half way through, and then was T-boned on my right side by a minivan. The van was at a stop waiting to go, and hit me so hard My car spun over 360 degrees. Now the cop says the wreck is my fault, and I shouldn't have been in the intersection. The van is fine and the kid has no tickets. My car is totalled ($2000) and got a careless ticket. How can this be, and what can I do to fight it?
