I took a photo of my little boy with a mannequin at Old Navy. I posted it on Facebook and others started telling me about a competition that I could enter him in. I put him on there. My husband will be traveling to Istanbul, Turkey for a week. I am curious how much (in US dollars) will it cost him to eat each day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also how much will it cost to pick up a few souveneirs?

I kept calling my car new but it is a year and a half old now. I think I need new windsheild wipers and some one told me my tires looked worn. Should they need replacing this soon? I need to know how often things should be replaced. Also, I do get my oil changed every 3 months but they always tell me other things that need to be done. I don't know if they are taking advantage of me or if it really needs to be fixed. Any help is appreciated.

My son is 6 mo. old and all of the costumes I have found in stores that would fit him are made from thick, hot material. Also, alot of them are just made like gowns at the bottom. He likes to move alot. Any ideas for a homemade costume? Links would be fine.

I was wondering how I should schedule my 6 mo. old nursing and eating solids. How many ounces of solids should he eat a day? The doctor said to let him eat solids twice a day but still feed him at least 24 ounces of milk. I tried last night giving him rice cereal with an ounce of milk. He ate it well and then a little later I nursed him because he still acted hungry. He spit up almost all of the rice cereal after this. Not sure if he was overfilled or the cereal didn't sit well? Also, how should this work, should I feed him solids when he's hungry and then nurse him?

I can not read my Yahoo e-mails on my home computer. I can read them everywhere else. My husband can read his here. I can get into the mail and see what is in my boxes but if I click on it, I get a blank page. I can't click on anything on the page either. At the bottom of my screen it has the yeild sign with a exclamation point that says done. I don't understand why it's only at my house. I would think it was my computer but my husband can check his Yahoo account. Anyone have any suggestions or know what is wrong?

Ok, so, I was pregnant last fall and winter and I have now gotten back to pre-pregnancy size. Problem: all my fall and winter clothes are 2 years old. I need help to know what is in this fall/winter. Links or detailed descriptions would be useful. Stores with what I need. I'm talking clothes and shoes. Also, keep in mind I have a new baby so nothing really expensive. Thanks.

I am a full-time working mom with a 5 mo. old. I need some quick recipes that are healthy and filling. If possible, for 2.

I need it in layman's terms please. I don't understand why we use it or how it is done.

I have had 2 and my son is only 5 mos. The first was a single, made by Gerber and I didn't expect it to be for long lasting use anyway but the second was made by The First Years and it was fairly pricey. It was a double pump and now only one side has any suction and it is beginning to weaken. I work 4-10 hour days and I will need it for at least 7 more mos. so I need something that is durable. I know the real expensive ones Lansanoah and Medulla but I have heard they aren't anything special for the price. Is there something you have used or some one you know has used that is durable and affordable?

My son is allergic to dairy proteins so I am not eating dairy while I breastfeed him. I am 24 years of age and still taking prenatal vitamins. Should I be taking a Calcium supplement?

I read that as your child gets older (around 4 mo. or so) your milk changes to suffice them. My son is a little over 4 mo. old and he all of a sudden started eating every 2 hours/ 24 hours a day. We had him sleeping 7-12 and then 12-5 at night and now he wakes every 2 hours to eat. It is killing me. Is my milk not changing? Did anyone else have this happen to them?

I am a married white female, 24, mommy to one precious 4 mo. old little boy. I work 4 - 10 hour shifts in an industrial lab and get BORED. So, I answer questions to pass time. I find I like to help people and it is intersting to me to read others answers to different topics.

Is it just me or does it seem like there is a double standard between men and women and what is expected of them? Men expect us women to always look good. We put on makeup, fix our hair, shave our legs and armpits, dress up, etc. Then a man can get out of shape, let his facial hair grow out, and wear whatever he feels comfortable in and no one judges him for it and we are suppose to swoon?

I always seem to have ground beef or ground turkey in the freezer and can't think of anything to make except the same old taco meat, spaghetti, and tater tot casserole.
