  • My boyfriend asking me leave my home town to live with him.?

I'm 17, and he's 18. He left for uni in September this year, when I started my college course. It's been a couple of months since he left, and now he is becoming depressed, and saying that he wants me to live with him in Bournemouth. Baring in mind I live on the Isle of Wight and Bournemouth is a lot bigger and scarier. I don't want to drop out of college either, I made that mistake when dropping out of school.

He also said, if he hates living in Bournemouth and hates his business course by the end of the academic year he'll come home. That would be amazing, but he still wont let go of the idea of getting a house together on the mainland. if dropping out from uni, he said he wants to do computer games dev with me next year then we could both go to the same uni together.

We've been together for a year and have no signs of breaking up at all.

    Your opinions or ideas?

  • 1 year old lip piercing crusting?

In september 2012, I got snakebites which are two lip piercings on the bottom lip. The left one pierced fine and no blood, but the right one bled for hous after getting it pierced. I always cleaned them properly, using salt water. The piercer even reccomended getting this salvon spray to help remove any dirt. I downsized after 6 weeks, and all was fine. A year later after downsizing a couple more times, to my current pair. I have ad my current snake bites in for a few months. They were fine when first put in. My right piercing (the one that bled) has started crusting and weeping, like a pale yellow / clear discharge. Usually in the mornings and the piercing ball sticks to the outside of my lip, and weird little bobbles pf skin keep growing around it inside my mouth. And the piercings also smell really bad. The right one also hurts whe I talk or eat, but not intense pain.

I really need help with what to do?

  • What begins with "M", that I could dress up as?

In a few weeks my friend is having a party and the theme is "Dress up as something beginning with M" I can only think of Monster (in my dino onesie), Monkey, or Mad Moxxi from Borderlands.

I can't really afford to go out buying loads of stuff for one night. So If there is a DIY option you could suggest,

    I am a girl btw.

    Thanks in advance!!

  • I have been on a period for over two weeks?

I am talking the birth control called Microgronyn. I missed one pill about 3 weeks ago and I soon had a 'breakthrough period' whilst still taking the pill. The other time I have missed a pill and had a period, it only lasted a day or two!! Not over two weeks?? Most of the time the blood wasn't even red, it was like a brown colour. It's still going on but I think It'a ending with less blood but still brown.

I am also like 2 weeks from finishing my pill course so what will happen after? Surely I have no more blood left. xD

    Please help?

  • How can I tame my gerbils?

I have four gerbils (two per cage). The albino ones are (Luna and Zelda) are so alike and are rather friendly. They were also bred from a friend. They are very curious too. I still have to wear gloves when I wear then because when I tried any of the tips like "hand feeding", or "blowing on nose if they bite", none of those seem to work. They will always bite you no matter how gentle and careful you are. I have even tried scrubbing my hands until they are super clean, but they still bite like I am food. So I resulted to wearing gloves. My other two gerbils (Honeydew and Mango), who were shop bought. They're a lot less curious and rather nervous. I know it's probably their personalities. Mango and Honeydew are again the same characters. But when you try to tame them they are a lot more bitey. Their bites bleed and hurt more than Luna and Zelda's bites. I have a bunch of scars on my fingers and my friends thought I was stabbing my self. Again I wear gloves for them. They are some times strong enough to bite me through the glove.

Any way is there anything else I can try? I mean, Luna and Zelda are almost a year old but Honeydew and Mango are about 8 months. Is it too late to tame them?

I'd love your help. Thanks. :)

  • Thinking about getting a guinea pig?

I am thinking about getting a Guinea pig because I absolutely love animals.

I was hoping to keep it indoors rather than out, as we get loads of foxes.

Do Guinea pigs smell bad? People say they are noisey, and will keep me up all night, but I have 4 loud gerbils and a hamster who chews bars all night. So the noise isn't an issue

I just need some tips, like what sort of bedding? What sort of food? Male or Female? I was hoping to get one because I am always around to keep it company.

So yeah, any help or tips will be great thanks!! :)

  • Still occasionally wetting the bed at 16?

I am a 16 year old girl who is still wetting the bed. I'd say it is only like every 4 or 5 months. Last year around November, it would happen nearly everyday. But thisbis the first time its happened in 2013.

I'm very embarrassed about it. I have a boyfriend and always worried that if I stay over there that it will happen. He doesn't know about it.

I haven't got a UTI or Cystitis ot any STD, I was checked out for all of those when I had concerns of bladder infection. The doctors didn't know what was wrong with me. I had to have an ultrscan of my bladder, and still waiting on the results. In the mean time I am having pee problems. They doctors even thought that it was Over active bladder syndrome, which is rare for younger adults and usually occurs when you're 40ish.

I was diagnosed was with ADHD in 2005, and then disagnosed with high anxiety in 2008, then diagnosed with depression in 2010. The thing is, I read articles about stress causing the wettings, but honestly I haven't been feeling that stressed. Actually I feel less stressed than I have ever been.

I just need to know if it anything serious. It also does sting often when I pee and then I findnit difficult to stay away from the toilet. I will get sharp and intense feeling that I am going to piss my pants, bit when I reach the loo, the tinest drop comes out and then if feels like I am trying to pass a thick liquid. Also I have noticed that is sometimes smells really bad. I drink a great amount of water through the day and nothing during the night. Also don't tell me to go to the toilet before I sleep because I do that and wake up during the night with an alarm to pee. Every single night.

It's making me upset. I would some times sit on the toilet crying because passing urine would be so painful. It doesn't seem to hurt though, after I wet the bed. I am probably spending a third of my life on the toilet.

    Please help?? :'(

  • Is my hamster different?

My short haired syrian hamster called Alfie doesn't seem to be like any other Syrian. He is very very tame and rather derpy. Before I got a Syrian Hamster I was told that can be very vicious and bitey. When I got Alfie home, he wasn't shy at all. He settled straight away and was very curious everytime I walked by his cage. He has only ever bit me ones but that was when I was hand feeding him. My friends who also have Syrian hamsters tell me about their horrific bite-attacks, lots of blood etc. I can cuddle him and have him walk around the bedroom floor following me. Also he responds very well to his name. Everytime I say "Alfie!!" In a higher pitched voice, he comes scurrying out of his bed to come see what's occuring. If I said another animals name like Honeydew or Mango (my gerbils) around Alfie's cage in the higher pitch, he won't respond. He is just like a little dog. xD

Is this normal for a hamster?

Or am I jusy a lucky owner? :D

PS. He is a boy and only about 8 months old.

  • Should I go to my first ever interview?

Hi I have my first ever job interview in about 5 hours at NEXT. I have no money or time to get new clothes.

I am 16 (female) and I have no smart clothes what so ever. I have my old school uniform but it's all ripped and scruffy looking. Most of my clothes in my wardrobe have cartoons on the front, or they are brightly coloured dresses. I also have lip piercings that I can't take out because they are freshly pierced. If I wore a smart pair of jeans, I'd have to wear my run down converse. My mum has smart clothes but she is tiny size 6, as I'm size 10. She also has tiny feet, size 3, but really nice boots, but I'm size 7.

I don't particularly want to work there. My boyfriend wanted me to apply becayse he works there too, I applied to make him happy. Really wasn't expecting an interview. Also I suffer from high anxieties and throw up when I am super nervous, and right now I am moee nervous than I have ever been.

I remember dancing on stage with school and I threw up on the stage. Imagine if I threw up in the interview! xD

My mum also won't hear me out when I try to tell her that I really don't want to work there let aline have an interview. My boyfriend will be disappointed if I don't go.

I backed out of school because it made me so nervous and throw up 24/7. (I'm home educated now)

    I need help. :'(

  • Why does my Mum thinks I am irresponsible and lazy?

I am 16 years old and do a lot for myself. I recently dropped out of High school to be home educated, because of bullying. I do more than most teenagers might do. I have applied for 9 part-time jobs, because I actually want to get out there and work. I am one of the first to apply for college and to actually get into a course that I wanted.

My mum calls me lazy because I am on my computer a lot. I don't see how that makes me lazy. Also I go back and forth to my boyfriend house nearly daily and he lives 8 miles away. I'm lazy, eh? ._.

I also have 5 pets, which all need daily attention, and weekly clean-outs, which I do every time. I have also been asking my Mum for a dog recently, which has brought her to saying I am irresponsible, or that I need to be more responsible before we even talk about it. To be honest, I think having a dog will make me become twice as more responsible than I have ever been before. Then-again it's probably just one of her excuses.

I do a good amount around the house. I tidy rooms (even my boyfriend's when he's not looking), I wash up, I don't do the ironing though because I burnt myself on an iron before, and it put me off.

I am also trying to sell a lot of my childish stuff, to show her I am more grown up.

My dad thinks I am responsible, but I don't live with him, and maybe that's why he has a different opinion.

Do I sound irresponsible or lazy to you?

I'd like your opinion, and maybe some tips on how to show my mum I am no irresponsible and lazy, and that I actually do quite a lot for myself.

    Please respond. :) xo

  • I have missed two pills and think I might be pregnant?

Ok well over the past week I have missed two pills and almost had daily unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I can't use condoms because I am allergic to latex me and my boyfriend can't seem to find non-latex ones that will fit, they kept splitting or coming off.

I'm worried that I am pregnant because of the missed pills. I talked to my boyfriend about it and he was worried sick. I'm only 16 and he's 17, nearly 18. It's a bit of shock to both of our systems really because I'm usually really careful when on the pill. Those two pills were missed in the second pack so I guess there was still some sort of protection lingering? I take microgynin.

My breast have become rather tender over the past 3 days too (which has never happened before), and my lower back has felt rather tense over the past couple of days also. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I am no longer in school (home-educated so school wouldn't be a problem if I was pregnant. I am starting college in sept and my boyfriend is leaving to uni in sept too.

I can't really afford preggers tests and the hospital is miles away from me so It's a real struggle trying to get to the sexual health clinic.

I don't particualry want a baby at my age. I would have waited 'til I was 20/21. I am too young and can't see my myself as a mother .

After everything I have told you, am I pregnant!!?? :(

  • How can I get rid of a cough and sore throat quickly?

I have tried nearly everything. I have spent hours online trying to find solutions.

Things I have tried and if they worked of not:

Hot honey and lemon drink: Hasn't worked

Gargling warm salt water: Hasn't worked

Breathing in steam from hot water, either in a bathroom or over the sink: Hasn't worked, It just made me cough more.

Lemsip Max cold and flu tablets: Hasn't worked

Losengers: Haven't worked, I threw it up and that was the only time I puked.

Cough Syrup: It used to work for me but for some reason it hasn't done anything

Vicks Vaporub: It actually worked for about 5 minutes. It eased my cough and then 5 - 6 minutes later, I was coughing and spluttering worse than before.

Drinking lots of water: I do that normally, because I have uti.

I have also been coughing up sh*t loads of phlegm, and there was one blob of blood, should I be worried? My mum said it was just a burst blood vessel in my throat from coughing so much.

My cough is usually dry and painful on my chest and throat, but it varies, it can be wet and phlegmy but still hurts.

I really need help. I have an interview tomorrow, and having a cough throughout the interview will take me off track. Also I can't just reschedule it.

If anyone else has any other remedies that worked for you and that I haven't tried yet, please say because I am desparate.

I can't drive to the pharmacy to buy anymore medicines because I am only 16. So it'll be better if you tell me about home remedies. Also I have no ginger (read about ginger helping sore throats somewhere).

I am taking antibiotics to help get rid of my uti, do you think the antibiotics are limiting the reactions of the methods I have used or should the antibiotics be helping my cough and sore throat?

    I need help and fast!!

  • I found an iPhone 4s. Can I use it?

In October 2012, I found an iPhone 4s in London, on a train. I was in London for a day trip.

I was worried if I turned it on that it could be tracked. My friend removed the sim-card and threw it away, whilst we were in London. When I got home I factory reset it. Am I able to be tracked with this phone? I haven't used it or turned it on since October.

Any idea what I could do. Can I use this phone? The IMEI number today and it has not been blocked, so is it usable? Can I be tracked for using it?

I don't want comments like "You thief", "send it back", I need help on what to do with it.
