If you're as good a person as you can be, do you think God will reward your for your goodness?

I mean like, a really good person, he or she is rarely bad. Will God ever reward that person in his or her life for being that good? Now I'm not to big on religion and I definitely have trouble believing in God and whatever. But, (and this is about me) I am possibly one of the nicest guys you could ever meet and believe it or not, if God exists, I don't believe 'he' has done anything for me. Now I don't expect anything, but people tell me it's easier to be bad than good. So why be a good person then? possibly just to make other people feel good? Because that can definitely be a hassle sometimes. :\

Okay, so I am required to write two essays about the book Tuesdays with Morrie. One has to be about the setting of the story and how it changes throughout the book. The other has to be about a character (I am going to do it about Morrie). I also have to pick three quotes from three different sections throughout the book and have to reflect on them, I have done one so far and none of the essay writing as of yet. And also if anyone can give me some pointers on how to write a good essay and stuff, that'd be great!

The first and only quote I have done so far and is what this question is mainly about is the quote "Once you learn how to die, you will learn how to live" and this is what I have wrote so far.

(I'm not an excellent writer at all and this is my high school summer writing project and I usually tend to say all I can think to say in such a small amount of writing.)

What I think the quote "Once you learn how to die, you learn how to live" means is that once you yourself believe you can and eventually will die is then when you will start to realize that you should live to it's fullest. You start to realize what's important in life and that you should not take anything for granted. I think that once people start to think this way, myself included, is then when we can start to enjoy life and all the little and big things that await us. Eventually people will start to learn that it is their responsibility to have respect for each other no matter what and not take advantage of each other.

Now if you're still with me and reading I can say that I don't think it's to bad but I don't think it's quite a paragraph which is what I have to write (1-2), maybe a couple more sentences but I can't think of much.

Okay, so I'm taking algebra two next year and I'll be in the honors class also, but the thing is I was never really good at math especially algebra, but I really, really want to get high grades next year.

For some reason my mic does not work at all, I'd try using it on ventrilo or aim chat and some other different chats but it does not work!
