Hi ok so i need to get "bikini ready" for summer and i've gotten kinda fatter than i'd like to. My stomach is like flat but then there is a like 2 centimeter amount of fat or something that sticks out. my legs and getting pretty bad i do not like the size of them and they start out skinny at the ankles and just get worse from there. Also, my arms arent as skinny as i would like them to be. I am 14 years old and weigh 108 pounds. How much should i eat each day. What should i do for exercise and workouts (i can't run by the way) and please dont say mean things i just need help. Thanks!!

Okay, so my friend is datinga guy who she really likes but he flirts with EVERY girl in the school. Apparently, her boyfriend is going to the movies with two other girls. My friend and i do not trust him at all, but my friend that is dating him has complete trust in him. So, my other friend and i are going undercover to the movies at the same time as them and we dont know what to be disguised as. We're girls if that counts. But even tho its a freat price, i cant spend like $100 on a bag. Okay, so our family is really struggling with money right but I still would like to have a birthday party. It is going to be a sleepover but I'm not sure what else to do before the sleepover!
