  • Fellow Christians, is there a special type of Hell?

You know, for truly evil people like Hitler. He murdered millions of innocent people on a whim, justifying it as a "Final Solution" to cleanse Germany. That monster deserves to be in a truly cruel and unique Hell.

  • Should cops be given judicial authority?

Let's face it, many criminals are set free due to silly legal technicalities. Due process costs a lot of money and is not very effective. Why not allow police officers to have judicial authority? Justice would be swift and efficient.

  • I think public executions would be beneficial?

I think if we televised executions on networks and encourage troubled youths to watch, it would potentially cut down on future crimes. If they see the consequences of committing crime, then they would be reluctant to do so when they get older.

  • How do motorcycle cops apprehend someone?

Suppose a motorcycle cop came upon a bad guy along a desert road. The cop would be duty bound to arrest the bad guy, but back up would be hours away. There would be no choice but to have the bad guy ride on the bike behind the cop. But how would someone be able to hold on with hand cuffs?

  • A question for cops? What would you do if...?

Nobody really wants to think about it, but what would law enforcement do if the cities were in danger of being overrun by zombies. Before you laugh, let me remind you about that face eater incident in Florida. The guy acted like a zombie and it took a lot to take him down. What if a massive outbreak or chemical spill cause citizens to turn into zombies?

    What would the cops do?

  • Please rate my idea for the military?

Search all the schools in America for the toughest, meanest kids and Draft them into an elite academy. They will be constantly drilled in combat and discipline. When they graduate they will be real hard core soldiers...several times tougher and better than what we have now.

BTW...no offense to those who have served, but I think the future soldiers will need more intense training so they can actually win wars without it being dragged out and costing us taxpayers too much money.

  • Was Elisha justified when he commanded the two bears to maul those children?

In the Old Testament, Elijah's successor Elisha was travelling and some children teased him about his baldness. He cursed then in God's name and two bears came out of the forest. The bears mauled many of the children.

I've heard about prophets being stern and grumpy, but c'mon they were just kids. And he used God's name to curse them. Isn't that against the Commandments or something?

  • Pet peeves about people/situations?

All of us have pet peeves, either common or uncommon. I'd like to share some of mine. Please share some of yours to see if mine are similar.

    1. When people keep saying they are sorry to hear about your misfortune(s).

    2. When people believe they are helping you but they are actually getting in your way or hindering your progress.

    3. When you try to be polite and say hello to someone and they merely give you a blank or stern expression and just walk on without a reply.

    4. When you finally manage to complete a task or job, only to have your boss tell you its not good enough or he/she gives you more work without thanking you for the previous job.

    5. When people get special treatment or benefits that they haven't earned or have the right to. Such as illegal immigrants and ex-convicts.

    6. When you wait at a bus stop or somewhere and there's some weirdo looking at you wanting to cause trouble.

    7. When you go into a store and the clerk hardly understands English.

    8. Fast food places that have winos and junkies hanging around.

9.Obnoxious teenagers that care more about their smartphones and hooking up with random people than about contributing to society.

    10. People who talk crap about others loudly and act as if they know everything about everything.

  • Why do I get nervous and tense whenever I see police cars?

Seriously. I'm a good guy and never really done anything "illegal." So why would I be nervous when I see cops or cop cars?

  • Why not just legalize weed nationwide?

Logically speaking, tons of people are already using it for recreational uses anyway. Classifying it as an illegal substance simply causes the police to bust innocent stoners when they could be focusing on murderers, rapists, and pedophiles.

Also, alcohol abuse causes much more harm to families and society than smoking a joint would, right? The worse thing that might happen when using weed is a case of the munchies.

And convenience stores could help the economy by selling the weed responsibly. Instead of drunken, rage-filled troublemakers roaming the streets and killing children, there would be mildly sedated people at home watching TV.

And vicious cartels would lose a lot of power if weed were legalized nationwide.

  • Fellow Christians, is it wrong to pray for...?

Whenever I sit at the table to eat, I wonder if I should pray for the animal that was killed to be part of my meal. Is it wrong to pray that God has given rest to the soul of the animal?

  • Do cops really have a quota system?

Car salesmen have a quota of vehicles they need to sell in order to keep their jobs. Do cops need to make a certain amount of arrests in order to get promotions and/or keep their badges?

  • If God is a Trinity and Jesus is part of that Trinity?

Does that mean Jesus was present when God flooded the Earth, killed the Egyptian firstborns, punished Adam and Eve, authorized the Israelites to wipe out entire nations in wars? Or even when he sent out the bears to maul the children who teased Elisha?

I'm sure God had good reason to do these things, but was Jesus there, too? And if He was, did He try to persuade His Father to be merciful?

  • Were prophets of old the same as modern day psychics?

In the ancient times of the Old Testament there were prophets, individuals who had precognition (the ability to see the future). today most people would call them psychics. Sylvia Browne is a famous psychic. perhaps if she was born in ancient Israel, she'd be considered a prophetess.

  • Fellow Christians, if God is omniscient...?

As a Christian I firmly trust in the omniscience of God. But how far does omniscience go? Does that mean God is aware of everything in parallel Universes and all possible continuums? Or is His omniscience limited to our Universe?

If this is the case, would this indicate that every Universe had its own specific Deity? YHWH aka Jehovah is God of our Universe and Somebody else rules another Universe and so on...?

  • If St. Peter guards Heaven...?

...then who guards Hell? You know, in case an army of good angels try to invade Hell and attempt to rescue some of the human souls were put in there by mistake?

  • Name of National Lampoon movie?

I remember watching a totally crazy low-budget National Lampoon movie. It was about a goofy dysfunctional family on a road trip. Along the way the son and daughter constantly insult and fight each other, at one point the daughter actually punching out the son. The daughter falls in love with a Civil War reenactment member.

It was a lot of laughs to watch, I just can't remember the title of the film.

  • Did you know this about Thanksgiving?

I recently found out that, contrary to popular belief, the local tribe was not actually invited to the Pilgrims festivities. They invited themselves! i guess there were party crashers even then. LOL

True story. It was on a documentary on History.
