My Alimony is permanent he is trying to force me to settle for a mere two years lump sum. we were married for 16 years, he has a disability which requires help with his ADL's, he requested of me to quit my Career as a manager of a grocery store to take care of him. I have a job but it is a Caregiving position which pays only 300.00 in cash plus room and board she pays me every two weeks. with his check I have 1300.00 a month. The Alimony is all I received from our marriage, because I was not represented by an attorney in the last part of our divorce because the court would not make him pay attorney fees.. I had no income and was living off my credit cards at the time, until i was awarded temp support. My x husbands income is over $10,000.00 a month we had money in the bank saved and our house three months from being paid off. I had hired a liv-in housekeeper/ caregiver a year before our separation so I just didn't abandon him.

My real problem is that by him paying me late I'm always late on my bills, plus it causes my severe depression and pain that he would do this to me month after month. I don't call him until he passes 9 days, he always lies and says he sent it the night before. I usually get it within two days and the postmark always says the day before he I get it. It only takes a day for me to get it.

I live in San Diego California if anyone knows what I can do please answer in kind.

He is making me sick about this and he knows it. every month he does this and it is affecting my work. I take care of a 94 year old lady who I help with her ADl's and keep her safe through out her day. It is a full time job that pays very little but is a rewarding job at the end of each day at midnight,

Doomsday has many meanings, natural extinction or accidental sterilization through DNA manipulation, or perhaps a catastrophic natural Disaster? Who couldn't go on and on with possibilities?

Isn't it true though that in any age of enlightenment with physical and mental adaptations as ongoing accommodations of survival and the world becoming smaller; shouldn’t every generation of humans, whom are unique within their place in history, that as each age dies, shouldn't it be considered an extinction of a human species? As a species we have gotten taller, smarter, less aggressive, enlightened through science and technologies. We think thing that 150 years ago we would have never even discussed with our best friend.

Couldn’t we still apply the Darwin theory of evolution even in this time? As humans we live on. But what will the next species of humans be called.

It feels like I should, I'm not crying or laying around, or angry, I feel like something broke inside me and it hurts and soooo empty.

Innocense lost through society invading simple lives and giving them knowledge making dissatisfaction where simple happiness and contenment prevailed with blissful ignorance.

I signed the grant deed because of bad credit at the time from decesased former spouse. 15 years later my current husband and I are getting a divorce in California where we reside and our home is. a year later after purchasing the house we refinanced to a shorter term loan but i was still not put on the loan or title.. I dont rmember signing the grant deed again. is the original grant deed still in affect from the original mortgage or is it null and void. Me signing that document was not meant to deprive me of my rights to the home. it was for qualifying for a loan initially. My husbands lawyer is waving the original loan interspousal transfer grant deed like I just threw out the baby with the bath water. Am i gonna lose my only savings in the equity of my home because i signed something we wouldnt have been able to get if I hadnt.

It seems to me that Love can be sweet and bitter. Happy and Sad. whether we are in love or out of love with a person.

is the top of the pole supposed to be better then the bottom I wonder?

If all of mankind start out as female in the begining of a pregnancy how is it that man was created first?

How does it effect our everyday lives and survival.
