  • HELP! PLEASE! *ACNE*?

My sister got up this morning, and had a bunch of new pimples. She freaked out, and came to me.

We should have not messed with them. But we did.

I put toothpaste on them (idiot move, I know), and aloe vera gel with lidocaine and menthol. Ugh.

And now they look like this:

Please help. She need them gone in four days. (Meeting up with some friends, and her crush)

    Please. Please. Please. Please. Please.

  • *URGENT* Is it okay to put aloe vera gel on your face for getting rid of pimples?

Alright. This is disgusting, but whatever.

This morning I woke up, and when I looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe my eyes.

There were six pimples on my forehead. Six! So, apparently, I broke out last night/this morning.

I heard from my friends and family that if you rub aloe vera gel on the pimples, it gets rid of them quickly. But the only aloe vera that I have has lidocaine and menthol in it. Is it safe to use on my face, and will it get rid of the pimples?

Also, I forgot to mention. Tomorrow I'm going to my brother's wedding. Fortunate, isn't it? The one day that I have to completely break out. So, as you can see, this is pretty urgent. I need to get these freaking demons off of my face.

  • Are these shorts too short for school?

My friend, who's still in high school, has a pair of shorts this length. If she wears them to school, will she get dirty looks or something? I personally don't think that they're TOO SHORT, but I'm not sure..

  • Makeup for an 11 year old?

About two months ago, I asked my cousin who is 11 to stop wearing so much makeup at such a young age, because she was wearing foundation, eyeliner, powder, blush, bronzer, mascara, etc........

I also asked Yahoo if it would be acceptable if I got her down to just concealer and powder.

I showed her how to apply makeup to enhance what you already have, and to make it look natural.

Now, my cousin and I have come to the conclusion that it would be appropriate for her to just wear concealer, a bit of powder (on the T zone, of course) and blush.

Do you think that that is okay? Both her and I really don't want to ruin her face..

(She consists on wearing makeup because of her dark circles, discoloration, and rosacea.. also, any pimples that she may come across during puberty)

    Thanks!

  • Is the triple barrel waver out of style?

I recently purchased a Hot Shot Tools triple barrel waver from Sally's. I like how it looks when I wear it, but a lot of people are saying crimping is way out of style (which i agree on). The triple barrel waver looks a little bit as if a crimped my hair...though it's more wavy, of course. Do you think that the triple barrel waver is out of style, or am i freaking out over nothing? I don't want to look like I'm stuck in the 90s!

  • Will using heat on my hair everyday hurt it?

I've been doing research on it a lot lately, but there are mixed answers. I'm thinking about starting to curl my hair (almost) every day because I love how it makes my hair look. Even if I use heat protectant, will it damage my hair? I would rather have straight, silky hair than frizzy, dry, ruined hair.

  • Makeup for an 11 year old?

My younger cousin is 11, and she wears eyeliner, foundation, powder, the lot. After telling her that it may be too much, she (not so subtly) refused and continued to flaunt all her makeup. In all honesty, she looks like a clown.

After that background information, what would you say that she should wear, makeup wise, to look natural and beautiful?

She says that her skin has some redness and blemishes, and she also has dark circles. Any suggestions? I was thinking that concealer, powder, chapstick, and a bit of chap stick would be great. Concealer to hide her blemishes, dark circles, etc., Powder to look matte and make the makeup stay on all day, and chap stick to make her lips look hydrated. So, what are your opinions?
