Will using heat on my hair everyday hurt it?
I've been doing research on it a lot lately, but there are mixed answers. I'm thinking about starting to curl my hair (almost) every day because I love how it makes my hair look. Even if I use heat protectant, will it damage my hair? I would rather have straight, silky hair than frizzy, dry, ruined hair.

Yes it can Definitely damage your hair but you can minimize the damage. First I would suggest you use a leave in conditioning spray and definitelyuse conditioner with you shampoo. Before you do use a blow drier or a curling iron or the like make sure to apply a heat protectant spray to add extra protection. Just as mentioned earlier there are other methods off achieving curls without a heated appliance like socks, curlers etc. but you can look those up on YouTube. Hope it helps =)

Hello!!! Be aware that, if you don't use the correct tools, your hair will be damage!!! I just use my Karmin G3 and my hair is straight for as long as I don't wash it :) It lasts aaaages and my hair is naturally curly so it's awesome. Remember always to use a heat protectant I use it before straightening. The heat protectan from Pro naturals hair repair system makes my hair really shiny, plus is really good for de-frizzing hair, it's not greasy and no silicones. I got it online, I loving it so far:):):)

You are eventually going to toast your hair into straw. Use a low heat setting and the protectant, and try to limit the number of days you give yourself the full heat treatment.

I've been straightening my hair with a flat iron every morning for the past month and it looks better than ever now. It's much silkier and softer. Many people say it will kill your hair but that's just my opinion :)

Yes, you will dry your hair out and cause split ends if you use heat on your hair too often. If you are trying to grow your hair it can be especially catastrophic.

Heat styling every day can cause damage to your hair, but there are ways to minimise it. Make sure you condition your hair well and use a heat protectant product every time you use heat. Frequent deep conditioning treatments are also very helpful.
