  • Can not ejaculating for a long period of time be bad if you are a male?

I used to masturbate and ejaculate at least once a week whenever I felt the urge to. But i've been trying to avoid it lately and it's been around 2 weeks since the last time. The issue is I get distracted as I have a feeling of slight inflammation in my penis (like a 1 out of 10 kind of pain). It feels like my body is telling me that I should let it out. I also had similar experiences before where I did not ejaculate for 3-4 weeks and when I did ejaculate, the semen was a bit yellowish and thicker and felt like it was more clumpy and it hurts when you ejaculate in this state.

I know I read something about ejaculation being good to prevent prostate cancer. Is the inflammation an indicator that it is more natural to ejaculate than to abstain from it?

  • Can a girl experience pregnancy morning sickness 6-7 days after conception?

We are had unprotected sex on the 30th of November on the 6th day of her cycle as she just finished her period that day since the 1st day of her cycle was on 25th of November and we used the pull out method. Her breasts are also at the smallest volume I remember them at and not as full. So it shouldn't be likely that she is ovulating and hormones are still at the low after finishing her period.

She has polycystic ovarian syndrome and has normally had 45-47 day long cycles, but just this cycle she suddenly menstruated on a 28 day cycle which is strange. She used depo-provera last year but I don't know if it has anything to do with long cycles that she is experiencing a year later.

Then yesterday morning she feels like throwing up but she couldn't. Not sure if the nausea is related to pregnancy?

  • Why does my girlfriend have regular periods despite being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome? Does that mean she is fertile?

She had an ultrasound and diagnosis from her obgyne that confirms this and has acne breakouts every now and then and gets prescribed birth control pills to clear her skin up

  • What are the odds of being able to conceive 108 days after my wife stops the depo provera shot?

I know it takes a range 4 months to 31 months with a median of 10 months to get pregnant after the last depo provera shot, and that the length of time on depo provera does not have an interaction to this. However, I want to see the plot of data or the exact journal article itself showing the distribution of the females who got pregnant on the different time periods. Thank you

  • How likely is a girl to get pregnant 95 days after he depo provera shot?

We are not sure if we should take a Plan B since sex was unprotected

  • Had unprotected sex with my girlfriend 95 after she had her depo provera shot how likely is she pregnant?

I am concerned that she may be pregnant given it is at 13.5 weeks already. I know the shot protects around 11 weeks to 14 weeks, but I know a girl must take the shot at the latest, 89 days. Any later than that and she has a risk of getting pregnant.

I am wondering the probability that she ovulated when we had sex that day. She had some minor spotting on that day as well and I ejaculated outside, but some may have gotten inside.

  • Is the drug's effectiveness directly proportional to the half life formula?

For instance half life of a 150ml drug injected to you is 50 days (so you have 75ml left in your system). At 100 days you'll have 37.5ml left in your system. But does that mean the drug is most effective as well on the first 50 days? And only becomes half as effective between 50 days to 100 days?

  • What are the chances of fertility returning at the 13th week and 4th day after getting a depo shot?

We had unprotected sex earlier and I believe I pulled out in time. She took the shot at October 3, 2018. January 3, 2019 is the day we had unprotected sex which is the 13th week and 4th day after the shot.

How likely would she be ovulating at this moment? Also when we were having sex, she was having very slight bleeding (similar to breakthrough bleeding)

  • Is this a pregnancy or the flu?

My girl has been on the depo shot (progesterone shot) for 6 months. She took them on time and is still bound to expire this coming January.

The thing is, last week (December 20) she had a 1 day mild spotting that we suspect should be due to the shot wearing off. The next day (December 21) she had nausea at the evening, but didn't throw up.

However, at December 28 (around 2am) she couldn't sleep and threw up several times, she claims she feels hot and thinks she has a fever, she has mild LBM, dizziness, and feeling chills. I am suspecting that she has the stomach flu. But she just threw up on that day and everyday since then she'd just feel nauseous and dizzy often at night time and she'd sleep A LOT. I'm wondering how likely that it is pregnancy symptoms? Or if she's just still weak from being sick?

  • How likely is my girlfriend pregnant when she loses her period on the first month use of the contraceptive shot?

I head that only 39 percent of women loses their period by the 6th month or the 2nd dose of the contraceptive shot. However, my girlfriend lost her period starting immediately after the first month after using the shot. Before the shot, she used Diane 35 combined contraceptive pills.

Prior to having sex (and me ejaculating inside her) we waited for 7 days after she was administered the shot to be sure that she is protected. I also noticed that she has gained a lot of weight.

1 month after the shot her stomach grew, then 1 month after that her stomach grew again. But I noticed that she gained a lot of weight on her butt and thigh area as well, so if gaining weight on the butt and thighs is not a pregnancy thing, then I would say she just gained a lot of weight in 3 months while using the shot.

  • Is it safe to have sex when doctors cannot find any sexual related disease on me except the urethra pain I have?

It's been 5 months since my last unprotected encounter with a new partner. She is a girl with many sexual partners and had bacterial vaginosis during that encounter. 1 week after I felt a discomfort in my urethra, no discharge, fevers, pains, and etc.

Took HIV tests, Hep B, Hep C, Herpes (HSV1 and HSV2), 3 urinalysis in a span of 1 month intervals.

All came out clean. The issue is that one antibiotic called Fosfomycin (Monurol) cleared my symptoms for 1 month from February to March then it relapsed until today. Therefore, some people say it is prostatitis, but then even my prostatic fluids do not have bacteria and white blood cells when analyzed. This makes me really wonder why.

So with all of this going on, I am wondering if it is even safe to have unprotected sex with my partner given that the 4 urologists I went to all could not find anything despite prevalence of very mild urethral discomfort that is most likely of bacterial origin.

  • I need to take antibiotics because of non-gonoccocal urethritis or prostatitis. I am worried it may affect my health long term. Will it?

I am taking 3 kinds of antibiotics. 2 pills for one kind, 2 pills again for the other kind, and 28 pills for 2 weeks for the 3rd kind. I am worried this will destroy my gut flora permanently is there a way to avoid this? Or is this not too true?

  • How do I get rid of social anxiety disorder after years of trying?

I believe I had social anxiety since I was a child. I remember times where I was emotionally bullied by a few batch mates at school. This was done by wittier people that tend to put you down just because they don't fancy what you're doing. I still have friends and luckily not considered branded a loser because I was nice and not weird, but I was relatively quiet and did not express myself too much. We are an all boy's school and we were considered an elite school so people was more critical onto people. Growing up, my mom was also the type who would want her child to do what she wanted to do and not what her child really felt so it might have been a factor.

I know I am a relatively interesting guy because when I talk to people I am close with, I am quite noisy and do have mild sarcastic or witty jokes that make people laugh.

However, I believe my social anxiety disorder is rooted in the events where people are judging what i'm doing. Perhaps since I have had experiences where I was made fun of because of doing what I felt to do, I always suppressed myself from doing anything stupid. So when it comes to employees of my father's company, aunties/uncles, acquaintances, group gatherings, I get very anxious. Anxious to the point that I cannot achieve rapport to 90 percent or more of the people I interact with. I feel people get intimidated by me even if my intention was just to pay attention and listen to them. Normal eye contact without looking like a killer is also difficult.

  • What are the chances that 3 months into pregnancy, you still do not know it without taking a test?

I know 1 out of 400 people will not know they are pregnant at 5 months. Well these are special cases. What about an average person? Will they know at 3 months they are pregnant?

  • How likely to get pregnant in one sexual encounter and if you pull out correctly without any semen getting out?

I had a one night stand the other day and had unprotected sex with a girl. I came outside of her and made sure nothing got out before pulling out.

I heard that there is a 30 percent to get pregnant given she was in the fertile window during that time.

I also heard that the actual failure rate of withdrawal is 27 percent for couples having sex regularly in a year with that as the only method.

But then this is a one night thing. Hopefully there are people here who have some real life experiences to share with regards to the difficulty of getting pregnant.

  • What disease can cause a near constant mild discomfort after a sexual encounter in the urethra for almost 6 weeks straight?

Had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl on December 17-18 for 3 minutes each day. She had bacterial vaginosis (fishy odor).

I have tested for Hepatitis B, C and both appeared non-reactive 6 weeks after the exposure. I took a herpes IGM test for both strains 12 days after the sexual encounter and it came back negative and no lesions appeared up to date. I took 2 urinalysis tests 2 weeks after and 5 weeks after and no presence of white blood cells or any other abnormalities except a red blood cell presence in my urine that is not above the normal range. My HIV test has yet to arrive in a day or two.

My issue is that I do not understand why I have a mild discomfort in my urethra since December 26. It does not increase with urination or have any burning symptoms, there are no discharges, no sores, no rashes, no fevers, no night sweats, no vomiting, no diarrhea. Temporarily relieved after ejaculation of semen but will go back sometime in the day. The mild discomfort is also making ejaculation sooner than usual because there are more sensations and it can be considered as a tingling feeling, but not itchy. It has been there since December 26 and has never failed to show itself within the day. I have never had this sensation prior to my sexual encounter. The sensation is targeted near the base of my penis, in the urethra, near where the muscles are when you squeeze your PC muscle. Can it be muscle spasms? Or HPV? Or some bacterial infection not detected in urinalysis? Thank you
