adding more birth control to birth control will just upset your cycle and make conception more likely.

It lasts a little longer than 90 days, it's not a light switch that goes on and off.
If it happened within the last five days, she can get an emergency IUD put in and that will prevent pregnancy.

I would take the Plan B to be on the safe side but that is just my opinion.

Not at all. If she has gotten the shot regularly she has almost no chance of becoming pregnant. Plan B would not be necessary.
