It runs perfectly fine except has the check engine light on. I took it to a mechanic and they stated it was the trans bad but i dont feel they did a diagnosis as they were hella busy with changing tires for a fast buck. I read online it could be tcm/pdc/ecm/tcc/tcc solenoid/short in wiring/dirty fluid. I changed fluid and filter and still light is on after resetting it multiple times. Is there a way to diagnose myself if it is one of these others? I have driven 12k miles already on what is supposed to be a bad trans with no issues of slippage, hesitation, at all. Jeep runs smooth.

I am installing drywall in a 10'x12' room that used to be paneling. The 2x6 beams currently are 4' apart. I plan on adding more 2x6s to make those spans only 2' apart. One person is telling me I need 2x4s between each beam perpendicular to beams at 24", another is telling me you just need maybe 2 or 3 for each side of the beam for bracing to keep the beams straight. Which way is the proper way?

This was a chapter book or several stories in one book. It was a hard back book and the front cover/sleeve was white with black writing. Pretty sure the writing on front was somewhat sideways??? I dont remember this book but know i loved it. Thought for a minute it was sideways stories from wayside school but after looking online, figure out that it wasnt. I am wanting to buy this book for my son to read. Anyone have any idea what book this might be? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have 4 kids, ages 15, 14, 8 and 3. I spent around $7,000 on them this year for Christmas including new computers etc for all. Total is 174 presents to put under the tree. Some family and friends are telling me I spent too much and they should only get a couple things. They are getting 4 each from me and rest are from santa, the two oldest don't believe but they go along with it for the younger ones. How many presents are you putting under the tree?

Yesterday I went to the ER for an ongoing issue with my shoulder. They are thinking now that it might be nerves. I was presribed elavil / amitriptyline 50mg to take 1 or 2 at bedtime every day. I took 1 pill last night at approximately 10:00 pm. Felt fine and went to bed, this morning i woke up and felt like i was floating on a cloud and my comprehension was so weak. My ability to complete normal tasks became difficult. In college class, the teacher was talking but I was not comprehending anything she said. Its like the words bounced off my head instead of sinking in. Walking I feel like im defying gravity. I am not even sure if this makes sense, but I am trying my best to write while still under these effects. It is now 9:00 pm and is about 23 hours since last time i took this medicine and still feeling the same way as when I woke up this morning. I tried taking a nap and when I was laying down I didnt feel as bad, but once I got back up, the effects were right back, not weaker or stronger, but the same as they have been. Is this just a side effect that will go away as my body gets used to the medicine more or is this an allergic reaction to the medicine.

my neighbor has this fence that is fencing in their front yard. It has about 20 panels on it, each panel looks somewhat like construction orange fencing, but each section (maybe 4' long each) are in different primary colors (red yellow blue and green etc). I dont know this neighbor at all, they are about 3 blocks away from me, so kind of rude to just go knock on their door to ask. Does anyone know where you can buy such a fence or what to search for because i have tried many different searches with no luck at getting results. I am wanting to fence in my 2 year old daughters back yard in this fencing.

Ok, I just went Monday to get an MRI done and got the images. I don't go see the doctor to find out the results for another week so I went online to see if I could find out some answers. Just don't want to walk in to hear so much bad news without a heads up kinda. Does this MRI look normal or abnormal and if abnormal, how so?

I just ordered all the parts to build computer on my own. I got the ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE motherboard with the Intel I5 Sandy Bridge processor, and am wondering how I get the computer to "operate" once I build the computer. I say build as in put all the components in the new case with my previous hard drives. Is it going to just boot right up with those hard drives or is there something else I will have to do prior to it doing that? I will be getting these parts via UPS on monday and dont want to be stuck without a computer because of something simple I didn't know I had to do. I just recently bought windows 8 for my current computer that will not be used anymore once new one is built and i want to use that windows 8 on this new computer if possible. please respond on here or email me at lisa.lain@ymail.com the detailed steps in doing all this. thanks

I am a single mother to 2 children under the age of 8. I recently started to sell items from around my house on ebay. I know I claim both children as dependents and myself as head of household for the 2012 year. My question is when I claim the money I have made on ebay, will I end up having to pay this year instead of receiving, and if so, about how much? I am approximating that by the end of the year, I would have accumulated about $5,000.00 through ebay and paypal.

I just received my first ticket ever. I am 27 and was going 73 in a 55 mph zone on a California road unbusy. The officer wrote down that I was going 70+ in a 55 mph zone. Is there a minimum and maximum fine for this? I'm trying to figure out how much I'm going to have to pay so I can start saving money for this now since my court date isnt until beginning of November.

I am trying to make a calendar that works from 1961-present where u select your month and input your year. my main form where i put my month and year is named calendar and my actual calendar is named month...my label boxes for the days of the month are named Cal (0)-Cal (41) With the current code below...its only putting 1's in all the days of the month..please help

by Christmas time my kids will be 13 1/2 (male), 6 1/2 (male), and 14 months (female). I am already looking at Christmas things to get some ideas of what to get these kids...if anyone can give me some suggestions for these three age groups of things to get and/or sites that are great for shopping for this occasion please help. Thanks in advance and yes i like to start my shopping early

the two oldest kids each already have their own wii, psp, ps2, xbox, and xbox 360 kinect with 99% of the games for the systems so video game systems and games for them are out of the question lol
