Can I delete a resolved question or questions that's a few years old on yahoo! answers?

Basically, i was driving my mom's manual and noticed that if when downshifting instead of fully releasing the clutch like a motorcycle resulting in higher rpms, that if i release the clutch gradually at a higher speed in a lower gear like from 3rd going 50 to second it will act almost like a break... Is this bad for the clutch and cause unwanted wear and tear? It seemed to slow the car fast.... and even faster if applied with the break , and though seems fun I don't want to damage the car.

I ask this because people that answered a few of my questions tried to help me out but their ideas didn't work and I was wondering if since I updated the details they will get a notice or an e-mail saying so, so I can they can see if they can fix the problem, if not is there anyway to contact them? I don't see the formula/function anywhere in excel, is there a formula I could substitute to use? Basically I am using mode, but I want to be able to do the opposite of the mode as well so basically if I have a list of numbers such as 2 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5, 2 will come up as the result as it is the least frequent number in the list. Thanks

the values will only be in column b and will be updated regularly with new values inputed while keeping the old values as well. also there about 2000-3000 numbers in the list

In my miscellaneous quests in Skyrim , the quest that says speak to Brynjolf about joining the thieves guild is still active, even though I've already talked to him and joined the guild and completed the quest where i burn the bee hives. I'm on the quest where I need to go speak to Mavern black-briar now. Is there a way to complete this quest, like do i need to complete all the thieves guild quests for this to go away or is it a bug? Any suggestions on making this go away would be helpful.

I was eliglbe to receive the Hope learning credit or what not for all the years going through college 2007-2011. I didn't claim it in 2007 -2008 and was wondering if there was any way to go back and correct this so I can receive the credit to get more money this year because I basically lost out on abou $2000 dollars otherwise. I was hoping that I go call the IRS or go back and resubmitt past IRS forms so I could get the credit and I would be able to get that additional money this year. Thanks

like my kitten will bite /wrestle my hand and then i will grab its 2 back legs which she doesn't seem to like ... and she lets out a screech / meow like shes mad or unhappy.... then when i let her go .... she runs to the end of my bed ... pauses ... wags her tail like its normal and then pounces my hand again.... ? is this just a phase or instinct or something that shes scared cuz shes still so young..... or is it bad... I think its funny/cute but I also don't wanna ruin my relationship with my kitten if it could seriously be affecting her mentality... Im also just trying to tuffin her up a little bit. Can you share your opinions / experiences please?

I justr bought an over the air indoor antenna from radioshack about 2 weeks ago... The first week or so it worked fine... I got about 30 channels and all with good strength. Now for some reason it seems as though on most channels, the channels fluctuate from a good to weak signal back to good again very quickly which disturbs viewing by causing it to like pause for a second and somewhat pixelating... sometimes getting no signal. Is there a way to fix this, could whetehr have something to do with it ... it's been windy... Is it possible the the antenna I got is faulty or something. I just don't understand how it could work great one day... then wihout touching it .... it's not good anymore. By the way.... I'm not to far from antennas because i live right near center city about.

I found this kitten in my basement 5 days ago and started taking care of it. I bought a disposable litter box and it started using the litter box fine and knew what to to and covered up waste etc. I bought an official one with the top cover and a door and she wouldn't go in with the door so i took it off... and she was using it fine.... the next day i put the door back on to see if she would go in it now that she had some time to become comfortable with it and she wouldn't go in And pooped on the couch. Now she seems not to use the litter box anymore and just goes on the couch instead. Shes frightened I guess when inside the litter box when the door is on. Is there a way to have her start using it again. Also is there a way to train her to use it with the door on? or is she just too young right now? Any help, experiences, or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
