My ex and I broke up some 2 months ago. She's 20, living in Italy, I'm 24 in London. She broke up with me those 2 months ago, it was messy... I was hurt and felt i couldn't trust her anymore. But I soon felt OK, esp given the way she treated me poorly... In a way I was glad to be out. But she has since whole heartedly regretted breaking it off and has been at me noon and night to give her another chance. For weeks now, even though i've made my feelings clear. She is a complete mess the poor girl, she really sounds terrible. So she wants to visit, even if it doesnt change anything she still wants to try... Do you think I should say OK? I feel i might just be using her... If that's even a bad thing at this stage...

Steaming or boiling wood in oven Oven?

I need to bend wood. I have a 2x4 and have placed it in a turkey bag filled with water and put it into the oven at 110degrees C. to try to soften it. My idea is that in the bag the steam will circulate and the water should boil hence softening the wood... Is this stupid or will it work? Also, is it safe? Nee dot make this wood malleable!

Rebooting my MacBook Pro?

Need to Reboot my Pro computer, but how is it done? I suppose it's not just turning it off and on again... I'm pretty stupid with computers so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hey, I'm trying to use my external disk drive called, MacBook Air SuperDrive on my MacBook Pro computer. This may seem like a stupid question, but i ccan't get it to work with the computer! It doesn't seem to pick it up. Even when I can find the drive in finder, when I put a disk in it doesn't do anything, it doesn't read it or even make a noise... Any ideas as to how to get it to run with my Pro? Or do I need a specific Ext. Pro Drive? Any help...

Are they just weird looking characters that people somehow find funny? Or is there a meaning to their peculiar design? I just don't get it! Am I missing something?

Long distance i'm 23 she's 20, been doing it a year now. Basically she hasn't been talking to me a lot lately. She finished school few weeks ago and has been out celebrating with friends partying and smoking etc... God knows what she gets up to I think sometimes! She's started hanging out with a group of friends, her best friend Elena, Elena's boyfriend, another guy or two and some girl. It's normal after exams to have fun and stuff and I know it's naturally more difficult for me being far away, but she's been smoking pot, drinking a lot, camping in a small tent (with all five of them in a mountain),,, She never used to smoke... Or even drink much. I just find it so hard to trust her, that she's not fooling with other guys... She's added a few of them on Facebook recently if that means anything! Anyway over the last few weeks hanging with her friends, doing whatever it is she does with them, she just seems a bit less interested in me and what i'm doing especially.
