Okay, I KNOW this is a super weird question but I just can't figure it out. My nipples don't get hard when I am turned on. Let me rephrase that: they do, actually get hard when I'm turned on BUT they only stay hard for a very, very short time. Easily one minute. Even when I'm cold they stay the same. I tried putting an ice cube on each of them for a few seconds and they STILL didn't change. What the hell is wrong with my nipples? The only way I can get them hard is playing with them. My boobs aren't that big, I wear a 32 B, so I'm wondering if it's because of that? That's probably not it at all but I'm still not going to rule it out. Do men get weirded out or self-conscious about this too? Do they think it's their fault? I need answers, please help me. I'm clearly lost on this subject.

I bought a headband about 4-5 days ago and the day I bought it, right when I got home, I noticed that a few of the daisies (it's a "Crochet&Sunflower Daisy Chain") were missing and there was just glue in it's place! I checked the bag to see if they might have fallen off but they weren't in there. I guess I bought a broken headband without knowing... I still have the receipt but I threw the tags away. Do you think I will be able to go up to the mall and exchange it for one that isn't broken? I don't want to drive all the way up there to find out I can't.

My dog is pretty much addicted to water. We used to have one of those Le Bistro water dispensers for him but he would drink it too fast and too often and puke up thick clear liquid later on. That's when we switched to just a bowl and give him water every so often, and this is where it becomes a problem. He demands water every second of the day it seems like. If he notices it's empty he will whine and bark until he gets more even if I just gave him a full bowl just minutes before! He drinks too much water and always ends up puking it up and it's such a hassle and it just started a few weeks ago. I have to block the kitchen with a gate so he can't get in and whine. I do, however, unblock it every two hours so he can have a drink but I'm wondering what I should do now? How much water does he really need? I hear he needs water at all times but I can't get any work done because he drinks it too fast and always whine for more. He's stressing me out! His name is Lucky and he's a 6-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, just in case you need to know.

So, last week I tried to do the Feria Wild Ombré and I did it exactly according to directions and after I had done everything... My hair was still the same exact colour it was before! I just got my hair cut 11in shorter too and I haven't dyed it since last fall, so I'm wondering why it didn't work. So, today I tried a different approach and tried the Feria Hi-Lift Downtown Brown and again did everything according to directions and even left it in 10mins longer than the directions stated. I rinse my hair, dry it, and then look in the mirror and my hair is still the same colour. I'm really wondering why these hair dyes aren't taking to my hair... I'm really scared to try a different colour/brand on my hair one last time because I don't want to hurt it. Can anyone explain to me what I may be doing wrong or why my hair isn't changing?

Okay, basically there is this girl that I've known for years and years. Over those years she's had gotten a little crazy and strange. Her parents even sent her off to private school in Ohio because they couldn't deal with her! Well, now she's back. I would be conpletely okay with this if she wouldn't stop appearing in my life. For example, I was hanging out with a few friends and she showed up just to pick something up and leave. Instead of leaving after she got what she needed, she stayed and decided to "hang out" with us. We were incredibly uncomfortable and she was being so sleazy in front of us. She was wearing a shirt, leggings, and absolutely no pants! She sat with her legs spread way apart and when she dropped her phone she got on the floor to get it and her entire *** was in our face! Another example is last week when I was with a few of those same friends and we called up the others to see if they wanted to hang out and they said they were at band practice (they're in a band) but we saw their car at the park and so we got pretty upset and decided to go see what they were doing and they were smoking with that crazy girl and her boyfriend! I honestly don't know how to get them to stop hanging out with her. It's literally only two of the guys out of 5-6 of us and they don't know how crazy she is. They don't know they crazy side of her yet. I need answers, so that's why I am here. I was thinking we could bribe them to stop hanging out with her by buying them dinner/lunch at their fave restaurant and then smoking them out, I don't know. I may or may not even throw in a short strip tease. I know it may sound bad but these boys are stubborn as **** and we really need to get rid of this girl. Do you have any advice?

I have noticed on Tumblr and such that there are people posting little hearts... Like this ♥ but it is hollow.. I cannot see them when I am on Chrome on my laptop.. It just looks like little lines.. Three small, horizontal lines. ♡ I don't know what this looks like to you, dear reader, maybe it looks like lines or a heart, but on my laptop it is simply lines. I was very much so to see the heart because they're so lovely and cute and wonderful, but I cannot figure out how! Chrome is up to date, I believe, I can see them in Internet Explorer (I just checked) and on my Chrome app on my iPhone.. but I can't figure out why not on Chrome on my laptop! Please help? (╯︵╰,)

Okay, so, I have a lot of different types of music in my iTunes that I all like but I don't want to listen to all at once when in shuffle mode. The variety goes from alternative to classical and it's kind of all over the place, so I was wondering if there was some way I could put my classical music in a different place to where I can still listen to it when I want but where it also isn't mixed with my other music, if that makes sense.

I have an iPhone 4 and my boyfriend has an Android. We can send texts back and forth easily, but when we wants to send me a rather long text, I never recieve it. He tells me he presses send and it tells him it sends, but I never recieve any message from him. It's really quite annoying because I want to know what he is trying to tell me and I think it might be my iPhone that's screwing everything up. Is there any way to resolve the issue?

On Monday, I received five text messages from this lovely boy I've been getting to know for the past few months (whom I "like") telling me that he really likes me, etc. I told him I like him in return and we set up a really nice date for the two of us when I get back from holiday (the first week of January). So, now I am confused. I've been in very few relationships, so I am unsure what this means. We have open feelings for each other and everyone knows this now. Yet, we aren't in an official relationship. I would love to go steady with him, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to let him know this. I'm assuming he also wants to be with me if he worked up the courage to finally tell me he has feelings for me. A gal friend of mine told me he's probably waiting until our really nice date to "ask me out". What if he doesn't? Should I ask him? How?

Do you see my dilemma?

I might also add that we are quite awkward at times and we're very much the same person, so if I'm likely not to do something, he probably won't either. (i.e. asking him out - to be "official")

I've been out with this wonderful boy almost every weekend for the past few months, and last night he told me he "likes" me. I told him I also feel for him as well, but we never said anything about going steady. We are going to his work Christmas party tomorrow night, and I suppose this may be considered a date, of course. Yet, are we going as a couple, or as two people who have open feelings for each other but not official? It confuses me, so I am asking you, Yahoo Answers community, to help me out!

I received a Visa Gift Card yesterday and wanted to put it on Paypal because just about everyone uses Paypal online, so without it, you really can't buy anything. When I tried to add the card, it said it was unable to. I tried several more times, even switching the card type from Debit to Credit to Gift just to see if it would accept it on anything different. It refused each time, once again. I'm very disappointed and confused because the Gift Card was expensive and now I cannot buy anything online with it because Palpal will not recognise it. Can anyone tell me why? Or help me, please?

So, I really enjoy books like Pride & Prejudice or Atonement where two people fall in love, and everything is so wistful and romantic. I love it. I'm trying to find more books like them. I also enjoyed the film The Edge of Love - but it was never made into a book, which was disappointing. Do you understand what I'm asking for? Simply a novel where two people fall so passionately in love that nothing will stop them from being together. I suppose The Notebook would be another example, maybe.

OR, you could suggest novels that were really, really good that you've read. A beautiful book that you would recommend to me.

I've had Sims 2 for a couple of years now, and I really enjoy it. I tried out Sims 3 on my friends computer and I didn't like it so much. I think it might have been because this friend of mine wouldn't let me do much at all. I was wondering if anyone could compare the two games, and tell me why one is better than the other, like different features on Sims 3. I'm thinking about buying it, but I was just curious about the similarities and differences. I basically just want to know if it's any more fun that Sims 2. I want to see La Belle Personne. It's a French film and not sold in my area so I have to watch it online. I don't want to download anything or pay for anything. I just want to watch the film with English subtitles on my laptop, but I haven't found it yet so I need help. So, help me. Please.

A few months back, I tried to turn on my laptop and it turned on, but the screen was blank, the fan turned on and then faded out, and my caps lock/scroll keys blink once every three seconds. I did all I could do at that time to make it work and nothing happened. It seems to be working but the screen just won't turn on. I plugged in a moniter to see if it would work with that and nothing happened. I tried the next morning, and it worked, the screen appeared on the moniter. It didn't last for long though. I left my laptop for a few hours, and came back to it doing the same thing it was doing before. Blank screen, flashing lights, fan on. I left it alone for a few months, and now I've come back to try and fix it again because I've only been using the internet on my smartphone because I pretty much don't have a laptop anymore and that's not fun. I tried plugging it into a moniter, no luck. I've tried unplugging the power, waiting 20secs, and then plugging it back in, no luck. I've even tried letting it sit on it's side to see if the fan just needed to get some dust out or something, no luck. My dad is a computer help desk guy and he said it could probably be a number of things. My hair is naturally a really dark brown (almost black, but not quite there) and i'm going to the salon to get it dip-dyed on Friday.
