I have 2 crews, each with 3 different specialties. Although we may operate with 5 people per crew, we need at least 3 people to fill each unique position. IE: Manager, Cook, Waiter are 3 unique positions. My calendar has a single column (Column A) with all the names listed, Column B their specialty, and Column C-Z days of the week. Above their names, reading across the days, I have the 3 minimum manning positions. I would like the corresponding cell above that day to change color to whether the crew that day meets all 3 specialties. What formula would I use in excel?

Clothing options:

Tux: Black, Cream

Vest: Black / Black Back, Cream / Red Back.

Shirt: White, Black, Silver, Scarlet Red, Midnight Blue

Ties (Both Thin and Thick): Black, Red, Gold, Silver

Bow Tie: Red Pattern, Black Pattern.

Shoes: Brown Leather, Black Leather, Black Chloroframs, Sued Grey, Sued Brown

Quick question: Do capacitors function the same in an AC system as they do in a DC system? Parallel vs. Series?

I presume impedance, however what about Volt Amp dynamics and capacitance? AC vs DC?

The reason I ask, I'm getting my costume ready for Halloween, outfitted with Electroluminescent wire which function as AC capacitors. Prior to soldering this system together with my battery pack and driver, I wanted to make sure I don't fry the copper anode lining the cables, or perhaps draw too much impedance / create destructive wave forms accidentally.

I'm making a house lamp that has a primary bulb at the top, and a secondary string of lights around the base. I need a single switch to have three states:

1.) Middle state controlling only the string of lights at the base. (Power on)

2.) Top state controlling both the primary bulb and string of lights. (Power on)

3.) Bottom state, both lights off

I fancy a Bard, but Clerics seem appealing as well.
