My deaf cat (Daisy) is pure white and half blind. Every morning after my mother and father have left for work (at 5.45 AM) she starts to yowl and shout at the top of her lungs. I thought at first she was simply lonely so I'd go downstairs and make myself visible to her, or pet her. This worked for a few months (we've had her 2 and a half years) but now she's doing it again and no matter what I do she wont stop shouting when i attempt to get back to sleep. I worked out that it's because she wants to see my mother - as soon as my mum returns from work she stops the shouting and returns to normal.

I've tried feeding her, playing with her, hugging her, carrying her to my room so she may have company, and nothing has stopped her from calling for my mum.

I have a busy week and Fridays are the only day i get a lay in and some proper sleep, so this issue is causing sleep deprivation.

We own another cat (Poppy) who is quiet and usually heads out in the morning. I've even tried to see if having her indoors with Daisy will help but it's made no difference.

I cannot put Daisy out as she needs to be supervised outdoors since she can't hear or see well.

She has been spayed, so it's nothing to do with mating season.

I don't know what to do! Can anyone help me with this issue? And please no suggestions that involve locking her in a room, as she'd go nuts if i tried that. Also no silly answers or suggestions that involve cruelty please.

I don't drink (not through choice, trust me) and i've had some lovely Non-alcoholic Cava before from a supermarket but i'd like to be able to get a glass while out with friends etc.

Does anyone know if many pubs over in the UK (or London) serve it? I haven't yet been out to check but i don't want to ask them if i'm going to get a funny look or "We've got Coke or sprite" as an answer.

I live in London in the UK and i'd like to import some games from the US (i know they will work on my PS3 as they're all region free and i have tried before), but the only place online i've found is Gamestop and they were a bit expensive. I know amazon.com, for some reason, wont send games overseas, so does anyone know a good reliable online shop i can buy PS3 games from?

I have two sentimental items I'd like to use to create necklaces.

Item number 1 is the first flower my current boyfriend ever gave me. I carefully dried it out so it's quite delicate. What i want to do is have it in a glass pendant style necklace (so it's stuck in the middle of a piece of glass basically) so that i can wear it. I cannot find any services online that do this since i don't know what to look for. Can anyone help me find a website that could do this? (i live in the UK)

The second item is a cute little strawberry foam sweet (i know it sounds silly!) I kept it for various reasons and It's gone fairly firm now. I'd like to know the best method to varnish this and attach to a necklace if anyone knows how? I'm unsure what type of varnish to use since I've not done this before and some help on how to attach the piece to a necklace string or chain.

I know it's not an easy question to answer, but any help is greatly appreciated!

Today MSN began to freeze up on me. It happens when i'm talking to a few people. It says "Not responding" then i have to end the program and start it up again (only for it to mess up again) My laptop is virus free and its under a year old. I have never had this problem before. I tried to re-install MSN today and it did not help the problem. I'm confused as to why it freezes after a few minutes. Any ideas on what i can do? I don't want to re-install windows.

I've made some good friends to play COD4 with but i need some more as half of my buddies can't play COD4 with me due to patch differences. I'd prefer those around my age (20) and those who play COD4 a lot (I do!). So give me your PS ID and i'll add you, then it'll be time for some COD4!

I've recently started getting panic attacks when i'm at parties or at social gatherings. I never used to have this problem, i used to go to parties all the time and i loved them. Now the attacks are getting worse, they are coming at times when they never used to e.g on the bus, at work (i work at an optician's) and down the street. They seem to be since the last party i went to ( i had to go home as i was getting too panicky) and since then i've worried myself so much about getting an attack that i've been getting more. Please can anybody help me with some advice on stopping an attack before it takes a hold of me? I've tried distracting myself but it doesn't work well. I have stopped myself from fainting by breathing deeply, but this does not help when i'm feeling panicked. I'm angry at myself for getting this way as i know its all in my head. I play COD4 quite a lot but i don't have very many friends to play it with! Either the people i know have it on Xbox or there is a big time difference between countries which makes playing it with them difficult. I'd prefer female players as i've not got any female friends to play COD4 with yet but there arent many around so i don't mind too much. I would also prefer people around my age group (I'm 20)

I got COD4 on PS3 for christmas and i really enjoy playing it online and offline, but over the past few days i havent been able to join many matches, i know this isn't down to my ISP/connection as the internet is working perfectly fine with everything else. I was able to play matches without problems a few days ago. I don't get any error messages, aside from "connection timed out" or it just seems to say " searching for potential matches" etc and when it doesn't find one in puts me in one and says "waiting for 5 more players" or something similar and no one joins. I know its a busy time of year but has anyone else had this problem today/recently? I love the online play and i wish i could solve this problem! I know for sure i am signed into my ps3 network.

Please help! I've only managed to play one game today and i really want to play more. Any contributions are greatly appreciated!

Edit: i just got into one game and as soon as it began the host ended it!! this is so fustrating!

I just got a brand new mp4 player, it is charging but later on i want to unplug it from my USB port on the computer without messing it up. A friend told me if i unplug the mp4 without using the "safely remove hardware" icon (which used to pop up) it'll mess with the player (and i think it messed up my last one). But i can't find the icon on the task bar, its just not there. I really do not want to unplug my mp4 player without it being "safe". I'm using windows media player to transfer files onto it, i know not to unplug it when they are transfering but how on earth do i unplug it once i'm finished with that? How do i get the icon to come up? or how can i manually safely remove it? I am using windows XP. Any contributions are appreciated! Thank you in advance!

For the past week and a bit, i have had slight headache on one side of my head (right), it is not always present, and its not continuous, it is more like a throb now and then. I havent yet been to my GP as i am afraid of going, i don't want him to tell me anything too bad! I have developed a cold but only in the past week after the pain began, i doubt it is cold related or sinus related as its been going on for too long now. I have not had any blurred vision or fainting or vomiting. I had one tiny dizzy spell that lasted for 5 seconds the other day. My illness is clearing up a tiny bit now and i feel a bit better but the headache feeling has not gone. Any help is appreciated, i am just concerned after hearing all of these stories about people getting brain tumours :|

I want a dynamic wallpaper for my phone like the one i have on my phone at the moment (its big ben and the sky above changes from night to day according to the time) I would preferably want one that changes from night to day too, but anything with landscape that moves is fine too. I don't mind paying for it, but i do not want to use a site that subscribes me and keeps sending me texts that cost me money. I'm only interested in landscape picures. I bought a 60GB PS3 which stated it could play a lot of PS2 games. i'm not concerned about older games i don't often play but i have some ps2 games i want to play on it which are not compatible. I have not yet installed the latest update.( i currently have 1.6 update) If i do install the latest update will it allow me to play more ps2 games? I really hope someone can help! I downloaded a lot (house) for the sims 2 on my PC, i use windows vista and i have open for business, pets and seasons expansion packs on my sims 2. I installed the file from my "downloads" file on my computer, It said it had successfully installed but when i looked it was not in the house bin where it should have been. I checked the website, i had the correct expansion packs needed to be able to use it. It wasn't a zip file as far as i can see, it said the package file i had should have been installed directly when i clicked "install".

I am confused as to why no house has appeared in my house bin. Can anyone help?

Can anyone give me a full recipe to make a no bake cheesecake like the ones you buy from the shops? Since my last attempt has gone wrong! I need a full method too as i don't know how to make them with just a list of ingredients ( i also need the ingredients to be in Oz's if possible). I'd like the cheesecake to be strawberry or chocolate, or anything nice! I just can't seem to find the right one! I enjoy nice thick cheesecakes :D Any help would be appreciated! I can only use ingredients i can buy in UK supermarkets. Please keep it simple i'm rubbish at cooking!

I made a non-baked cheesecake earlier today. The recipe said to leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. It contains - whipped cream, cream cheese, sugar, chocolate, egg whites and egg yolk and has a biscuit base. I have left it in the fridge for nearly six hours and it isn't setting well at all. Does anyone know why its not setting right? Do i need to wait longer? I'm currently trying to set it in the freezer for a short while to see if that works. Any help would be much appreciated.

I wish to make a non baked cheesecake and have found a nice recipe, only it contains eggs, and in the recipe it simply tells me to refridgerate the cheesecake once prepared. Is that safe to eat once its fully set? I worry about eating raw eggs!

Last week I purchased a laptop, it was not cheap. The company i ordered from debited my account for the money but I was then informed they had none in stock. I told them I wished to cancel the order, they told me they would do it. The company told me the money came out as an outstanding balance which they have to claim in 7 days. I contacted my bank last Friday as the money was not back. They told me the company had stopped the money from going into their account. But now I have no idea how long I must wait for my money to return to me from this "outstanding balance" status, is it the 7 working days the company have to claim it in? Or should it have been here by now? I cannot access this money and it is stressing me a lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
