I had my car repossessed, the repo agent told me I can get my car back tomorrow after the finance company released it. I was able to get the car back...

At the auction lot, they state the repo men clean out the car but the car was trashed and there are things missing i.e factory radio and bezel, 2 ton jack and stands, new pair of ceramic brake pads.

I paid the repo men $75 to get my stuff but all these items are missing totaling $1000

The manager at the repo shop was telling me that his guys have no need for that and he "tests" them all the time with dummy repos with money in them so if they don't fall for that, why would he not trust them

I just want my stuff back- do I need to take them to court?

I have a Python 5303 and the remote went bad and I want to replace it with the same or a newer 5706. Would I have to buy a whole kit just to add a new one?

Also how would I replace a bad remote with a new one from eBay? (5303P)

I have had my car broken into at least 4 times. Options are either to move, get a new car, get an alarm, get a gun, or get a camera.

Now an alarm and camera will just tell me who is doing it, but in Detroit that doesn't really help much. If I got a gun, at what point are you authorized to fire, do you wait till he attacks or runs away. Seems like more trouble than it is worth. Do I tell him to standby while I call the police at gunpoint? If he runs do I pursue him?

I have the original Xbox Elite, but getting the Xbox Slim (because my Elite was broken but I fixed it and still had the Slim in layaway). I want to download Borderlands, but I don't want to pay for it twice. Is there any way to use the same game on both systems even if I copy it to another storage device and move it over?

Not trolling, a staffing agency told me that they will ask me that and say one candidate said under a desk and since an elephant can't fit under a desk, they didn't get the job.
