I recently got an ASUS laptop with pre installed Windows 10. I've tried connecting other devices to the laptop via bluetooth, but can't seem to find the bluetooth on the laptop. When I try the connect feature in the panel on the right hand side, it doesn't find my device. When I try to use device manager, I can't even find anything to do with bluetooth.

I have a class presentation that requires putting movie clips into powerpoint. However the powerpoint will only play certain videos, or play as a slideshow to a certain point, and then it stops responding and freezes the laptop. The presentation is due in two days, so this is quite urgent.

I've already tried reducing the quality of the clips and ran microsoft diagnostics, and neither of these helped. The clips being used are also in the same folder as the presentation (suggested online).

There are 3 gifs and 8 movie clips in the presentation. The longest clip is about a minute long.The file as a whole is 46.2MB.

Is there anything else I can try? Please help!

I am trying to connect my Dell Latitude D630 laptop to a new Samsung Smart TV using a HDMI to VGA cable.

I attached the cable and pressed Fn and F8 but a text box appears telling me that there is no external display attached.

On MS Word 2010 I want to add a header with text flush left and page number flush right. However, the first page of my document is a cover page, so I want the header to start on the second page. I can get the text to start on the second page, but when I try to start the number on the second page, it starts with 2 instead of 1.

I've tried to figure this out through the MS website, and it wasn't much help.

I have a trojan on my laptop called Dynamo Toolbar that is operated by Search Core systems. I've looked up how to remove this online, but when I follow the instructions to uninstall through the control panel, the trojan tries to get access to the laptop and says it needs to reboot the laptop to set up fully, which I don't want. Is there any other way I can remove this problem?

I have a Philips micro hi fi system MCM275 that has worked perfectly for years. However, now when I plug it in the power button lights up and turns off again over and over, and I can't get the system to work...is there any way that I can fix this??

I recently bought a new Manhattan Card Reader to read a kodak Flash Card 20 mb. It will read other cards, but won't read this one. The manual doesn't have any troubleshooting section. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I have Microsoft Word 2007 and I'm trying to put a header at the left hand side and a page number at the right on top. However, although I can put one or the other, it won't let me do the two together, which I need to do. Is there any way I can do both?

My pc froze when it was starting up a couple of days ago. Iturned it off at the modem and restarted it but rather than the usual warning message telling me to shut it However, I haven't got around to backing up all my files yet and dont want to lose them...is there any way that I can fix my pc without losing all my files? A security tool icon keeps coming up on my laptop and it originally was looking for money. We got the number of the file and tried to delete it, but it won't stay deleted, it won't let me download software from microsoft, it removed my icons from my desktop and pop-ups keep coming up on my screen. About five days ago my HP laptop screen went black and now won't turn back on whenever I try. The power buttons are turned on and the battery is charged. How do I fix it ?
