So my boyfriend and I have been dating for about 3 years, but have known each other since 9th grade. We started dated when I was 18 (senior in high school) and he was 19 (just got his GED). Now 3 years later we have talked about marriage and have talked about sealing the deal. I'm now 21 and he is 22 and we will wait till he comes back from over seas and i finish my geology degree before we get married.

However my parents (mainly mom) are against it. She hates that he isn't "good enough" for me. She doesn't like that hes in the military, doesn't like that his family is poor and doesn't like that he isn't an ivy league grad. Also when he was in 10th grade he had to drop out of high school to pay the bills for his parents because they are drug addicts. My mom says that it was just because he was too lazy for school.

I don't know what to do because i love my mother to death however the love i feel for him is nothing that can be compared. From when we meet in 9th grade I've been head over heels in love with him. However we lost track with each other when he dropped out. I've dated other guys, but nothing could compete with him. So when we started talking again in my senior year it was amazing.

So my current boyfriend (zack) and I really like each other. We dated before for 6 months but then broke up because of reasons. However we still really liked each other. During the time we broke up, we both dated other people.My ex (david) meet my parents and really made my mom love him, But david was really annoying and a pain in the *** so we broke up. Then Zack and I got back together and looks like we might stay together. However my mom truly hates Zack and keeps trying to get me back with David, but i believe im in love with Zack. So I dont know how to handle the sitution

I'm not really popular, but i'm not an out cast at my school either. (More of the popular smart kids) However the guy i really like is like super popular.(not smart) I know i have like no shot in h*ll to date him, but i still hope. So i was thinking of writing him these letters/poems and secretly give them to him without him knowing it was me. Were in 11th grade and so I was wondering if that would be too elementary to do?

About a few months ago, I told my self that i was never going to cry again. Ever, in this lifetime. It has been hard to keep from crying, but I wanted to make sure that no harm can come to my self (physically).

This guy and I have liked each other for over 2 years with out even knowing. Well I finally got the nerve to tell him that I like him and he got excited and told me he liked me too. Well here's the kicker, he has a girlfriend who he even says that he doesn't like but won't break up cuz of some unknown reason.

We desired to have a secret relationship and it's been going good. But he takes forever to text back! And I mean 6 - 12 pass before he texts back. I worried about if he even likes me or if I'm bugging him too much.

Im turning 16 in like 9 days and i was woundering if it would be ok if i wore a tiara to school?? i mean we only turn 16 once!!! lol

So this guy, who i have liked since the beginning of school, finally started to talk to me! we talked for 2 days straight, and then he stopped talking for 2 weeks. we finally started talking again about 2 days ago and haven't really stopped. But i noticed that he hasn't called me "pretty", or" hot, etc. and he keeps wanting to know what im wearing, at night. if im topless, what size my boobs are, etc. we both are teenagers, is this normal or am i just stupid?

over the summer i bought a really, really cute pair of shoes! they look like boots but have a 2 1/2 in. heel. i have been dying to wear them, but i want to stay in style as well.

I have a friend that im worried about. She is a really nice girl, happy go lucky, calm, sweet, you know the type, all american. I know she had a slight temper, like when she got test back the weren't 100's she would flip a little, but her mom and dad expected perfect from her, i mean her sister was a model, and a straight A student. Anyway, long story short, her mom yelled at her about god knows what, and when her mom left, she hit her-self. she punch her self on the leg a few times, then stood up and started ranting. After a few mintuns, she stopped, her back to me, facing the wall. i thought she was done, but she then punched the wall so hard that a few pictures were knotched down and her hand started to bruise.

i think this abuse to her body has been happening for a while, i would see her hand bruise every once in a whlie, but never thought much about it till now. She is a high schooler, and im worried about her, this temper of her's is scarry and seems un-like her.

i don't have olive oil at my house, so i used canola oil to soften my hair. After i put it in my hair, i had a nagging feeling that i should look up if i should use it, and not olive oil, but everywhere i look people are saying that it's bad to use it. Is it true, and if so, what will happen to my hair in the morning??

This is so gross, but i need to know the answer before i freak-out and spend all day at the doctors for nothing.

For a while now ( bout a year) i began to notice small red, not itchy, not painful, almost like raised skin on my *** checks. Im so embarrassed! i know for sure that it's not a STD, im kinda a prune, but whats happing to my ***!
