Help!!! Do I have to pay rent ?
My landlord was served with foreclosure paperwork and I was told by the sheriff that dropped it off that I could stay until the end of my lease.But the landlord said part of my rent was going toward my down payment for the home.but he hasn't pay on his mortgage for a year. I've lived in this house for 6 months.so I feel that he has lied to me from the start.Do I have to pay him rent? please Help !

For real ,I made my mission years ago to start getting a visual on all these people that speed around you just to get to the red light faster.It like I'm watching to catch a predator on dateline .It seems that its people from all walks of life,except with black people.I don't drive slow some may say I drive fast but every day some idiot tries to kill me trying to get back to his or her mom's house 2 min.faster. Your no more important than me and mine,so slow down and save some time.
