I will make this story short...my 7 week old son's father is trying to get out of paying child support. In addition he is completely unreliable when it comes to visitation, and has recently started not showing up to visitation to get back at me. Any time I try to ask him where he was when he was supposed to see his son, his response is "I don't want to argue". Of course he doesn't, he would lose.

Now he is accusing me of not letting me see his son because he asks me 5 minutes before he wants to come over.

He never signed the birth certificate, insisting on paternity test. The test came back that he is the father (of which I had no doubts), but it will be months before I get a revised birth certificate in my hands. We went to CSEA today to establish a child support order, and he put in a motion to have it moved to juevenile court, meaning it will be months before I see any money, in the meantime I am paying almost $900 a month out of pocket for child care, after I just took 2 months off work to have his baby and stay home with the baby.

Here's my dilemna...I want to do what's best for my son, but I have no obligation to let him see his baby until he starts paying for him. Every decision he has made so far has shown that he only cares about himself (having me take my baby out in a blizzard to come see him, then he wasn't even home...telling me he didnt' care what happened to me when he didn't pay his child support and I couldnt take my son to day care so I can keep my job, stating that he had to "protect HIMSELF", etc. etc.)

I feel like he is only wanting to see his son so he looks good in court when he tries to get out of paying support. My son is precious, he is not a toy!! Do I let him see him, or tell him to live with his decisions and wait for the court visitation order??? What is the right thing to do? My emotions are clouding my judgement.

I don't use white sugar for anything. Which is good because I'm out of it. Will brown sugar work in custard??

It cost more to fix it than to buy a new one, so I opted to buy the new ones, now I dont know what to do with the old ones! Does anyone buy them to maybe fix them? I hate to just donate to Goodwill considering they are both only a year old, and they dont work. Any ideas?

My friend told me I could freeze gallons of milk from WIC. As fast as I've been drinking it, I still needed to freeze 2 gallons, and after 2 whole days in the fridge, they are still solid blocks of ice! Baby realllly wants some milk, how do I thaw this milk without spoiling it?

LOL First a friend from work, now my next door neighbor, I am only 12 weeks and already 2 people have announced their pregnancies! Are they catching it from me?? Should I stop sharing my water with them?

My boyfriend and I were trying to kill a large bug that wandered into our apartment, and when I started freaking out in true girl fashion, my whole belly tightened up hard for a little while. Is that normal??? Most of the time it feels squishy and fat.

I feel like a pregnancy is a pretty natural thing and doesn't need all the interference that doctors tell you you need...however, I have been having some light bleeding and spotting (I am 9 weeks and 3 days) so I don't know if that makes me high-risk?? Also I have heard that midwives don't have any type of pain management, but not by people who have actually USED a midwife! If you have used a midwife, can you tell me your opinion of midwife versus doctor?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and had some bleeding last night, long story short, we went to the ER, got diagnosed with threatened miscarriage but the cervix is closed, and we saw the babys strong hearbeat. I got discharged, but I decided to rest for a few days with my feet up, the bleeding has stopped, but am I allowed to do any types of exercise? I swear I feel myself getting fatter by the minute!

Is my baby going to be a monster??? Even my sisters girls were all 3 over 9 lbs!!! How do I make a smaller baby???? I'm scared!

I'm going to Italy for 8 days and I need a pair of sandals...prefer black or pewter. I would like them to have a mid-size heel, but here's the catch...they need to be wedge heel (or thicker heel) and go with a short dress, capris, and a long dress. And possibly workout pants. lol AND the most important thing, they have to be comfortable enough to walk for ages, and under $100. HELP!

We are going to be in Italy for 8 days, and for 2 people the Eurail pass is over $600...but does that include inner-city travel? Or will we have to buy separate tickets. Is there a separate pass for unlimited inner-city travel?

No matter what we tell her, she thinks if they are getting along for 24 hours that things are ok, but she is also fighting a custody battle for her 3 year old son. He has a good job, but is 28 and living with his parents, just got out of jail for selling drugs, and is always stealing stuff from his parents (and recently even her!) to get more money. He owes THOUSANDS of dollars for his jail time, and other various things. But of course he will say ANYTHING to keep her around (hence the engagement and pressure to get married immediately). Any stories of how a marriage to a guy like this will turn out in the long run? Is he going to change as she thinks he is? (I know the answer to this, but would appreciate stories to tell my friend). She is beautiful and loves "the good life" and deserves sooo much more than this D-bag!

I borrowed a Wii off my friend but he doesn't have any remotes for it...do I need the motion plus remotes? And what all do they consist of? Can I just buy remotes or do I need something that plugs into the console too? I know nothing about gaming! lol
