The gyms in my area only allows 19 and up, I just turned 15 and I really need to get in shape ! I'm not fat, but I do have fat here and there. My face included and I hate it sooo bad! I'm 5'7.5, 126lbs. I want to lose some weight and gain muscles. Are there exersizes i could do at home to gain abs and a firmer butt? Lol! Any diets? I can't really run because I have breathing problems, (asthma) so if I run, bam, inhaler or ER.

Also, I would love to be able to do the splits and I'd love a more flexible back...

Any stretches I could do to achieve this?

Basically, I just want a fit, flexible body. It would really help my self-esteem a lot!

I will be getting "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take" tattooed on my left arm starting an inch or 2 away from the side of my wrist going down to my elbow. I'll never get a meaningless tattoo so I chose this because to me it means 'If you don't try you'll never succeed'... Words of encouragement because I've been put down a lot by many people in my life.

So I forgot to bring my towel to the bathroom with me. My baby cousin who I'm babysitting, he's 4, was sitting on my bed when I ran out to get it.... Naked. I saw him looking at me but I didn't really make a big deal out of it.. I went back to the bathroom with my towel, dried up, lotioned and got dressed. Then I went back to my room and saw my cosuin's penis poking out through his shorts.

It gets creepier... he was giving me this creepy, dreamy look then held on to it. I stood there speechless.

Oh my god.

I am 15 years old, always smiling, but I am certainly not the happy girl everyone thinks I am.

I've been pretending for a while now, but here goes...

I am emotionally wrecked.

I've been slapped, punched in the face, kicked in the back, shoved in the face with a stick, beaten in the head with a hairbrush, yelled at, cursed at, and have been told that I won't ever become someone in life. By my dad.

I feel so alone. I've written a lot of suicidal notes. He found one of them and said "Go ahead, kill yourself. I will be better off without you in my life."

Now, I don't ever want to go to school.

Why?

How am I supposed to learn and be comfortable when I am sad, upset and depressed on a daily basis? I hate it. I avoid having friends, because I am afraid they'll all find out about my terrible life.

I've reported this to social services once, and because my dad is two faced, he told them stuff to make it seem as if I'm such a terrible kid that never listens to him, who talks back to him, which I never do because I am so afraid of him. Whenever he's around I worry a lot because he gets violent and acts out on the littlest things.

My mom acts as if she doesn't care. She's on my dad's side, all because she's worried that If she admits to all the things he has done and is doing, she'll ruin her chances of becoming a permanent resident, then in a few years a Canadian citizen.

Because of my fear of being at school, I miss a lot of classes, and today she found out and said. "I am completely done with you. I don't want to have anything to do with you. I am done waking you up in the mornings for school, I am done making you breakfast, I am done. Completely done."

She also shows favoritism toward my brother.

So now I have no one.

I stopped talking to my brother about 4 months ago. I got into an argument with him over MY laptop because I had to use it for school, but he didn't want to get off. So I grabbed it and he kicked me in the stomach. I flew half way across the room and hit my back against my parents' coffee table. My brother is 20.

I cannot turn to my sister because she is handicapped.

I am afraid to report this again because my brother and father made it clear that if I did, they'll kill me before the police arrived at my house.

I am confused. The fact that my whole family who I grew up with my whole life hates me truly hurts. I am in so much tears as I write this. I don't know what to do.

Every time I turn the lights off and walk out of my bathroom, I feel as if someone is following me. Especially at night. It's making me scared. The only time I feel nothing is when I walk backwards, run out of there as fast as I can, or use my mommy's bathroom. And yesterday I could've sworn I turned my kitchen lights off. I'm pretty sure I did because my food almost fell out of my plate because I had to reach up to hit the switch and my hands were full, however about 2 hours later my dad came home from work and yelled at me saying that I left the kitchen lights on and that i am costing him unnecessary money to pay for it. I was like, wtf? I was home alone, and I remember turning the lights off!

Is this normal? Or am I losing it?

I got my belly button pierced about a month ago. The place was very clean and I've been cleaning and soaking it in sea salt water very well. However 2 nights ago, I touched it and it hurts so bad!

Why !?

I have to be trying my best to not get it rubbed or pulled.

I doubt it is infected because there is absolutely no sign of infection. I have clear/white fluid come out now and then when I clean it.

So why is it hurting so much all of a sudden ? :-(
