I.E. The flame is not kicking on. There's no standing pilot light for this Weil-Mclain device. I'm not hearing the normal buzzing sound right before it normally kicks on.

The water level is fine and the low water cut off is working fine.

The flume is not moving but I'm not sure if that happens first any how.

Or should I get a pro to do it?

How how hard are these to replace?

My hot water no longer last nearly as long. I know that buildup is a common problem especially in these older (1928) east coast row homes. So i tried hooking a hose to the hot water heater but I didn't see any brown water.

Wouldn't I see that almost instantly, if buildup of sediment was the problem?

Also, when I drain my furnace (which I do weekly now), I get brown water instantly.

If you were going to overdose on something, and were going to lay down and listen to a song as you passed out, what song would you listen to?

I saw a show about this and they told this story. I can't recall all the details and wanted to read about it some more. It was something to the effect of Moses destroying all of these other tribes with the help of another and then, for some reason, destroyed that tribe. Moses, as the show told, also had some selected soldiers kill the women and children. These men then stayed outside of the camp for a certain period of time.

NOTE: I'm not saying this story was accurate or what I've written is accurate, which is why I'm trying to find out more about the story.

My wife snores and it really, really annoys me because I'm a light sleeper and sometimes it's just more than I can stand. Normally I just kick her in the calves or maybe push her in the back. Well a few weeks ago I went to kick her in the calves and actually kneed her in the lower back. Granted it was very hard but should she really be making such a big deal out of this? Now she won't sleep in the bed at all. I told her it was an accident, that I meant to just kick her in the calve really hard and wake her up so she'd stop snoring.

I've told her to get an operation to get rid of the snoring and everything would be fine but she refused. She also has epilepsy and from time to time has had seizures at night so I put up with a lot.

Is it fair for her to be treating me like this? I need some unbiased opinions from people I don't know.

In regards to the housing market, wouldn't it be a better idea to require that people have more money in reserves (an escrow or something) that could be used if they lose their job, etc as opposed to having them put 60k down on a 300,000 home?

I'm not saying give loans to people that can't afford them but if someone can come up with 60k as a down payment wouldn't it be better to require them to put 20k down, 20 in reserve, and keep the other 20k.

Better in regards to how they handled things with you. Whether it be letting you know, during, and/or after the divorce was over and beyond.

I'm aware that some states have the "two party" rule but didn't know if this applied in divorcee court as well.

All my married friends say they that normally they have to initiate sex with their wives. That if they don't make the move it wouldn't happen as much. Why don't women initiate more? (Yes, I'm aware there are exceptions).

A friend is not in love with her husband any longer. She is love with another man but won't leave him because she doesn't want to hurt him or the two kids.

If you were the husband, would you want to know so you could just leave or would you rather just never know.
