At what point should I cut my son's mother out of his life?
First off, dont answer unless you are a single parent.. I'm a young single father, gained full custody of my son after DFCS took him from his psyco mother who wasnt taking care of him... since i gained custody she has mostly been absesnt. she comes by when she feels like it, althought she has an "open" invitation. i simply ask that she call or text a day ahead of time. in the past say 3 months she has come by 2 maybe 3 times a month for a few hours. she has supervised visitation and after 9 months is finally paying child support.i've had single moms will tell me to cut her off but not legally so she will still have to pay child support but dont know if that is the rite route to go. im worried this will effect my son over the years, he already shows signs of resentment torwards her at 2 years of age.. suggestions please, i have run out of patiance with this deadbeat mom!

So im trying to hold onto a New Years resolution for once. Im in semi-decent shape,165lbs, 22 yrs old, male. I am starting to workout atleast 3 times a week and i need advice on what supplements to take as far as whey protein, creatine ect... im no juice head and im NOT trying to get so big that i cant wipe my own *** but i do want to build some muslce. looking for any advice on what i should take, what brand you suggest, and how much/ how many times a day i should take it. okay so heres the deal. Little bit older IMac desktop. It freezes up for no reason and at random. internet, photoshop, widgits ect.. all of them freeze the computer. The software was just upgraded to the latest and greatest, didn't help. The hard drive is new. Onyx has been run. .. could a bad motherboard be the cause? any advice would be great. thanks!

lime wire would download but when i try to open it, it bounces twice and nothing happens. and yes i know limewire isnt "honist" but im not here for a lecture... much appreciated
