It doesn't seem like miscarriage.
She has been having morning sickness, dizziness, need to vomit, big sore boobs, hunger increasing..
But then suddenly what she says is her period pops up. What's happening?

Because you're overseas, for example, and it's hard to associate with other foreigners (except in bars) and you just plan to just go along with the "God stuff" even though you don't believe God exists, or that prayers will be heard, etc.
