I heard people put their car in 1st gear when they park before the engine is off. Does it matter? Can I put it in 1st gear after the engine is off?

Recently I sold something and the buyer said it was DOA. He opened a case against me but it has not escalated to ebay yet. My question is can they really give you negative balance since the case is still open. The way I see it is that since the case is still open, so that means Im not at fault. So how can paypal assume im guilty and put me in a negative balance before case close. This sounds like a scam. Also, I notice they always want you to refund the money to buyer so that they dont have to deal with it by using the words like "escalating to ebay team" or "credit you the final fee before it goes to ebay".

I wanted to sync my contacts with my pc so I can edit them and back them up to the computer. However I cant find a program that let me do that. Can someone please advise me some programs that might allow me to do that. thanks

I just notice on my 99 civic ex that the rear right (passenger side) door lock is stuck. I try to push it in but it wont move. The door is currently unlock and it open and close fine. However, I cant lock just that door. Any suggestions on how to repair it? I jsut dont have experience in locks mechanism. I was thinking about buying a lock assembly not the key cylinder and replace it or is there a cheap fix to it. Thanks

In illinois it is legal to operate radar detector in passenger vehicles. But why some cops decide to give you ticket anyway for having a detector on the dash? They claim your breaking the law by using a detector that prevents them detecting you. I bet every single cop out there when they gets off work and cruise down the street they will hit more than 25mph speed limit on a 2 lane street. "Archer Ave, Chicago" What kind of charges will they file? Im just curious because I have a detector on my dash and dont know if a cop would pull me over for having one there. You know they can be pretty desperate by the end of the month.

Okay I am not talkin about the door panel. I am actually talking about the long piece of plastic trim that is on the left of the front window. I am trying to remove it so I can drill a hole for the LED for the alarm and run some wires through it but I couldnt figure out how to remove it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have extremely flat hair. After my hair is dry, it is like my head is attracted to hair and all my hair just stay flat having a shape of my skull. I dont really how men with short hair can do the upside down blow dry trick. I blow dry on med setting and it stays for about 10-20mins and goes flat again. Is there a way I can get my hair puff up?

I just graduated recently in accounting with no accounting work experience and the market is really bad. I have been getting some interviews but unsucessful in them. Now I think Im considering my Plan B option which Im not sure yet. What do you think is the next step I should take in my career? Should I go back to school and choose another major? I recently got scammed by a buyer by filing a item not received claim and he won. Now my paypal account is a negative balance. Being a stubborn me I refuse to pay the money I got scammed and I just ignored the account for good. I just cant believe ebay would not believe in me when I provided them shipping proof and documentations. I am also a power seller compared to that buyer who has less than 10 ratings. I couldnt paypal did not believe in me but the scammer. Now I just lost all confidence in ebay. They even eliminated seller to buyer negative rating leaving the seller no choice but to leave them a positive or neutral. We seller cant even warn other sellers about this sob buyer a scammer. Well the lost is paypal not me because I am not going to pay for that negative balance and if they do charge my account I will just stop it. Anyone have similiar story?

It seems like in the summer my nose doesnt itch or stuff but in other seasons my nose clogged up for the whole day and runny nose follow with it. I thought pollens dont produce in cold weathers?
