I was terminated from my job while I was on vacation out of state. I had asked my boss via text if we have the 4th of july off and he said he wasnt sure but dont make plans. so I asked if I could ask the GM and he told me he will say the same thing but he will let me know in the next couple hours. a few hours later I get this text "Please bring your personal vehical to the office monday to collect hand tools and your final check. As of today, you are no longer employed by XYZ company. it is clear now that not only can you not preform your job functions, but you also have no desire to be here." I called him after this and tried to get my job back but he just insisted at yelling at me and told me it was mostly because i wouldnt drop asking about the 4th of july. later that day my lead told me we have that day off paid and "supervisor" knew that we did. The company was bought out and they have laid people off left and right. do you think they did this to make it harder for me to get UI. ive had no performance issues and my attendance has been perfect. i even come in 30 min early to clean out my truck every day.

I want to take a phone cable and splice it into a 66 phone block so it works with all my other outlets.this is a rare case where I can't just back feed and be done with it.is there a method of doing this?

I got a TV from rent a center and it came used but it came broken off the stand and missing skrews.it also was a 3d TV but had no glasses and only had one remote instead of 2. can I request them to get me all the components of the TV?

I got into an accident in a company vehicle that ended in the truck flipping and totaling it. I went to get insurance about 6 or more months later on my personal vehicle and it didn't show up on my MVR for oregon(the state it happened in), well says my insurance company. Since the accident wasn't under my insurance and I never got any tickets for it. Does that mean it will not show up when a company runs my MVR?

so my car got totalled and my insurance said the $3400 would go toward the car like a normal payment and so payments were extended for 2 months so the past due is around 600.financial company said they won't put it toward any current or past due payments only principal. are they allowed or am I able to tell them it needs to go towards past payments or what?just need options,all options not just option a,b.anything else I can do? this is in Oregon and under car is under contract.

I had to leave a car of mine to sit for about 4 months and I know its stupid to do that and I am not looking for people telling me it was stupid... Anyways a geico adjuster came out and did a quote because it was heavily vandalized and hit in the left back panel (2000 chevy sub) plus they got inside and it looked like someone was living in it or something like that and it seemed like a total loss but he said it was only 975... If i go to a shop and they wont do the repairs for 975 what happens?

I let my brother inlaw use my truck and ill cut it short. it came back with no radio,he keyed the entire car all the way around,ruined the interior, took my registration and wont give me a key. they also backed into something twice. I have full coverage but what would the best route be? I had 2-4 officers thir today to monitor me getting my truck back so i have reports and I had a friend with me when I tried a new key out and non of the keys marks were on the car and the radio was still suggestions???

I have a 2005 mitsubishi galant es and I want to know how many cats it has.i can see a dual under the hood and what looks like 4 o2 sensors but also looks like one maybe under the car to.

So this car (2005 mitshu galant) has gotten hit 3 times in my complex and no one will fess up to this, I had an officer come and look at the damage and he said its between me and the insurance company because no cars around have the damage (hit and run....). So one this car is financed, has full coverage, and is needing attention. I was advised by my friend to claim it and get a check sent to me so I could just go find an honest person and have it done in a timely manner. So will the insurance take my claim and send me the check after I get an estimate of the damage done to the car?I always hear they get crappy people to fix the car so they can save a buck. I just want the check and pick a place myself and not be waiting on them.. so is any of this possible? I also have full coverage with USAA.

So I live in oregon and I let my sister use my truck and she pays for the time she used it (100% verbal).so she decided to say " youll never see this truck again" well she left her son at my house and I was going to sue for the value because she isnt brining it back but she told my wife she is picking her son up tomarrow.if my wife says " ( when she is at my house picking her son up)if you take the truck my husband is reporting it stolen" can I report it stolen, or what do I need to do so I can.

If i get renters insurence today can i use it for small damages caused by my apartments. Sprinkler syatem.it ruined about 1k + worth. Of electronics?i had it all set up next to a window that i left open because it was hot and the morning sprinkler shorted all my electronics

Moved into an apartment. In oregon a couple days ago and got all my electronics set up in one corner.(compiter.monitor,keyborad,comcast modem,n600 router.)also had my galaxy mega charging on the desk.so last night i left the window open to keep it all cool over night and the sprinkler for what ever reason is pointed at my window(underground sprinkler) so i woke up to everything fried due to water damages.i havent set up my renters insurance yet but really this is the apartments fault in my eyes...so who pays damages?

So I did a moving job on craigslist for a guy who owns company and has a website for. so i moved the stuff and he said he needed to drop the uhaul off then get the money for the job so we were supposed to meet up at a mcdonalds so me and the other worker waited 4 hours before he said he went home and didnt get any money for the job so he couldnt pay us.any legal thing i can do about it? it was 14 and hour and he wasted about 8 hours of my time plus gas.

I want to get full custody of her so her mom can't just take her back. And move around more how do I do that?
