I am about to start Shaun T's INSANITY workout tomorrow, and I'm worried! Do I absolutely HAVE to use the recipes in the Elite Nutrition Plan to get results in the end? Or can I eat my own food, (eating right of course) and eat the amount of calories I need, following the schedule of the plan, and still see just as good results as those who used the E.N. Plan?

Ok... Emily and Ty on The Real World D.C. I always get mad at Emily because she always gets mad at Ty for pushing her around. I think it's just as much her fault that he pushes her around as it is his. They fight every night which makes him think it's OK to push her. Ty does have some anger problems, but Emily's not helping him by fighting him every night. And then for Ty to push Andrew off the banister!! OMG!! I think that part of his thinking it's OK to push thing comes from Emily pushing him and him pushing Emily. Even though he was drunk, the habit of fighting was made with Emily, soo it's partly her fault...

What do you think about Ty & Emily's junk that's going on?? Who's responsible for Emily's anger?? Who's side are you on??

She has a couple of good songs, but she's not that great. There are so many singers that are better than her. I don't understand it! It's kinda lame that she's beating out people like Beyonce and Lady Gaga for Grammys. Stevie Nicks sang better that her at the Grammys last night! It was soooo funny! So, I really don't understand why she's winning so many awards when old ladies are showing her up on stage...Tell me why you think she's getting to many or why you think she's not!
