Okay I got a call from my realitor after my bank loan didnt go thru on a house he called and told me about this company that builds houses and does owner financing so I wouldnt be going thru a bank its for first deed of trust its locked in at 5.5% for two years then he said I would have to go to a bank and refinance which would bring up the percentage most likely but they said if I didnt qualify for a bank loan after two years they would extend me another year basically untill I would qualify for a bank loan.what do I have to be worried about what should I be looking for on this? the company also have it set up for 35 year payment instead of 30 year a bank would usually setup but if I refinanced with a bank after two years could they change that 35 years to 30? thus making my payments outrageous please explain im a first time home buyer.

The inspector didnt look at the air conditioner because it was covered up so I dont know if it works and my realitor is telling me I had ten days to get everything checked and I called and told my realitor I want to make sure the air works and hes calling whoever is representing the seller to see if we can go check it out ourselves but hes saying it has to be a warm day or it will mess up the air and hasnt got back to me I am in a contract but if I find faults to the house I have to give the seller a chance to fix the problems before I back out, I need to know what rights I have when buying thanks.

My wife and I are trying to buy a house and we need it for the VA loan.

im using linksys and I have windows vista. do i need to hook a cable to the back of my wireless internet? it kicks me off when i do that, when i change linksys password it kicks me off the internet and when i try to get on it says unsecured wireless internet and wont let me back on it till i remove the password.

its a panasonic the guy told me that it may have moisture in it that delivered it here and to not use it for a couple days. is there still hope? and i can get a refund if its broke btw
