I have met a woman that is the most perfect woman I have ever known, I am 36. She is completely beautiful from outside to her heart. I am completely in love with her.

The major problem is that she has been destroyed by these idiotic programs that convince people that they are addicts and are powerless to their addictions. She has become so convinced that she has no control that she has done things that im sure she does not want to have to come to terms with. In other words if she accepts that she can take control then she has to accept that she made these choices. We seemed to be doing great and now she kicked me out of her house so another guy with drugs could come over and we ended things like that. He spent the night and Im sure i dont need to add anymore details. I have always supported her and constantly given her positive feedback and told her and pointed out the strengths she has. I always let her know how much she means and have tried as long as i could to help her. I am at a loss. Could anyone with some kind of success give me advice. No 12 step bs that tells people that they are weak and has a 10% success rate which is a failure in anything. Any resources any advice, i am desperate. I would even pay for a counselor for her if he will focus on her becoming strong and not convincing her that she is weak. thanks

My girlfriend was holding something form me for a week and when she finally tells me she says. Look your the one I love without a doubt and you are my boyfriend. But I kinda have feelings for kevin.

Ok first kevin is her longtime "brother" that stayed the night before and did not sleep with her.

Ok well now during the time she tells me this kevin calls and then she needs me to leave so she can get in the showeer to go do something with Kevin.......yeah seriously. Oh to top it off I have not seen her all week and Kevin just drove her home from work........I thiink im gonna go kick kevins teeth in. but anywyas givfe me some oppinions thanks

Ok here are my questions: Should I trust this girl? If she loves me and has feelings for kevin but kicks me out for him what are "feelings"? This girl swears she is in love with me so would any of you women in love ever do this to the man you love? Does this girl care about who she loves?

Ok, so I was seeing this girl and while she was at work earlier (gets off at 6:30pm) I sent her a couple texts to she if she would like to go to the movies. I didnt hear from her at all so when I was finished working on my car I took it for a test drive and figured I would stop and see how she is.

When I get there I hear her and a man talking and having some laughs before i knock. It takes about 3 or 4 knocks and then she finally comes to the door. Keep in mind that I have not heard a peep from the guy since the first knock. So when she opens the door she just stands in the way. This is my first time of her not just having me come in. She says "what are you doing?" In a pretty nice voice but then 3 seconds later she says "Im leaving." She is clearly saying this to keep me from coming in.

She also has "friends" that are guys who "sleep" in the same bed with her when im not arround. We have pretty great sex and I am above average on things so I do not think that is a factor.

So here is what I would like to hear. Anyone that can come up with support for her because I think it will be hard to think of much to help her out. Anyone who has a intelligent perspective please let me know what you think.

My physics teacher is saying that if a vehicle started out N and went on its journey as it returned to its original position its acceleration would be negative, when it was accelerating of course. His logic is as fallows; starting at do=0 and going North we now have our V....m/s (N=+) therefore our acceleration would always be positive any time vehicle is accelerating. Once the vehicle turns back South then "a=" will be negative at all times while in that direction.

I think that "a" is negative when you are decelerating or slowing down and does not relate to your initial heading. Please clarify for me because i know he is going to mark me wrong if i put what i think is correct.

I know a=change of velocity/time so please do not explain that.

What are the estimated number of species and overall life after the last extinction event? I realize that it wiped out 70% of life, but what did that leave?

A picture on wiki about evolution shows two dogs of different breeds standing next to each other. LOL. Seriously?!?!

Also I see that the fact that our genes changing from one generation to the next is an example. So is this saying since me are not exact clones we are evolving?

Also i see another thing used as "evidence" is the fact that we can adapt to things. That is a fact, well at least the part about us being able to adapt. Saying it is proof of evolution is like saying the fact that people can create a higher pain tolerance means they can become immune to the damage that is causing the pain.

I also read that it takes generations for this adapting to happen. Obviously this is said so it coincides with evolution theory. This however happens in weeks as anyone can see if they use their own logic to think about it. If someone lives where there are moderate seasonal changes they will be able to recall times where in summer perhaps it dropped from a typical 97f to say 72f and it felt chilly. At the begging of summer for example im always hearing about how "hot is is" when its 86f, and then how good it feels during the middle of summer when its that same 86f. This is the same thing.

So i guess what im asking is: Am i not understanding this "evidence" correctly? and If i am then Isn't that* a classical example of a desperate attempt to make something irrefutable?

* By that I mean when small facts that can be stretched to many different conclusions are thrown in one category to say that "If you acknowledge this to be so than you are saying this is true!"

I recently watched a so called documentary "Religulous" or something like that, to see what kind of evidence Bill had to bring to the table. I was amazed that someone could be even more of a coward and lire then Michael Moore. I figured someone who is famous and feels so strongly about their beliefs would stand behind them with at least some truth other than their opinions and blatant lies. Bill is a manipulative coward. No matter what you believe I will point out some facts that i encourage you to look up for yourself.

If you have the intelligence to find your facts on a legitimate unbiased source and find something that contradicts me please send me a link.

Bill claims:

1. Mithra, Horus and Krishna all have many similarities with Jesus.

Fact. Not ONE of his claims is true! No virgin births, no similar B-dates, disciples, etc.

2. There is no evidence that Jesus even existed.

Fact: Excluding the Bible, there are several references to him in non-Christian documents. So whether or not you believe he is the messiah, not accepting he existed would mean that no other figure around that time or before existed.

3.Religions cause wars.

Fact: Lets just ignore the fact that people are responsible for their actions. The major wars i could find caused by religious differences, crusades and desire for sacred lands etc. are fallowed by est. deaths: The crusades, 2-6mil. 1st-8th Wars of Religion (could not find est, feel free to add). Spanish insurgency, thousands. Muslim conquests, no idea, add and cite source. There are several small wars i do not feel like listing that did not appear to be more than another 10,000 dead.

Just a fraction of wars over territory, political, ethnicity, revolutions etc.

My question is for the atheists that can have rational discussions and look for legitimate facts rather than speculation.

First of please check my facts and ad anything significant i may have missed. Second tell me what you think on this information and on Bill Mehr's documentary if you have seen it. If you would judge Christianity by the people in his film that used it for a tool then wouldn't that make him a representative of atheists?

I hope to get input from people that can add intelligent responses. What ever your beliefs, try to represent them well.

Neither my left brake light or blinker work. I changed the blinker before i realized the brake light was out also. When i turn on the blinker it makes the clicking sound faster then normal as if it were burn out.

So is this the relay or not? How do you test a relay? Im pretty sure you use an Ohm meter and put it on two prongs. Is this correct?
