Why can't guy's wear dresses?

I m a guy and I m curious if I can try on clothes at torrid. I know it s a all plus size women s store. Not sure what the policy is.

I think I might need to start wearing a bra. I think a bra would help me when I workout and run. I'm a guy but when I run I get lots of people starring at me especially twenty something year old women looking at my chest. I'm not a big guy a all. Just my "man boobs" stand out. Might be self conscious. I don't think I need a bra but maybe I do. Need help? Should I ask my friend who's a girl to help me out? It might be to embarrassing for me and her if I ask her. How would you feel if a guy ask you girls for help?

Ok, so my sister in law and I have a very good relationship with each other. We kinda flirt with each other but we both will never do anything with each other to hurt my wife (her sister).
