Sorry this is going to be really long but I'm looking for anyone who understands about this stuff to help me out :)

For the past year my periods have been irregular and light so I went to the gyno had a transvaginal ultrasound and was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian syndrome. & High levels of testosterone :(

The dr prescribed me with Metformin even tho I am not yet insulin resistant and my glucose came back great. So I decided to not yet begin Metformin although its been known to help lose weight and help ovulation so I'm on the fence about beginning that! I was also prescribed Provera to start up my periods which is a synthetic form of progesterone but I wanted to go a more natural route and choose Natural Progestrone Cream.

I began taking Progestrone & immediately had awesome results starting my period on Nov 16-21. So I am now CD 13 and thinking I should O around the 30th.

My ? is, I'm taking OPKs and they are still light and nervous I wont Ovulate. I have never had a + OPK although I was not faithful in doing them since my cycles were sooo long!

But... Counting 14 days back from my next expected period (Dec 16th) I should restart the Progesterone Cream on the 1st of Dec, but is it ok to restart the cream if I didnt ovulate yet? Will that completely suppress ovulation and just cause my uterus to shed w/o having ovulated?

Also considering Clear Blue fertility monitor but not sure if it will respond well with PCOS.

SN: I was offered a water pill for high test. which blocks androgens(testosterone) but read side effects could effect periods and cause them to be irregular which is what I'm fighting in the first place! I would love to go natural and try spearmint tea or anything to help w/ ovulation rather than be on pills!

Any advice would help!

I had a day of spotting right before ovulation and egg white mucus. Its not 6 days past ovulation. Would it be too early to test? I haven't had my period since May 14, but usually irregular.

Ok so I just got married sept 18th my last period was about sept 5 weve been having sex since the 18th at first protected but lately like the last week or so we havent used condems at all. Ive taken a test yesterday night (which ik u should in the morning but im anxious) and said I was not pregnant but I havent had a period yet? The instructions say if ur periods are not regular 16 days since unprotected sex, should I just wait? My periods seem to be regular but sometimes not. Serious answers plz. Could I still be prego. Expierences?

This is my first ticket. I wasnt paying attention, going a lil over and got pulled over. I recently just bought this car and didnt have proof of insurance on my new car with me. He didnt make a big deal of it but said I would just have to show the court my proof and I need to call the number on the envolpe in a week to get a court date, where I guess they will give me the amount I owe?

Why do I have to wait a week to call? Will I have to pay a court fee? and how much usually is a ticket?
