I end up working 84 hrs a week and relieving four hour overtime pay. I was under the impression that all hours over 40 where to be paid overtime. can anyone help me? btw I have been told that my employer is a non profit business and laws are different...any input is appreciated.

i FOUND THAT ON AT LEAST 5 OCCASIONS i WAS PAYED OVERTIME HOUR IN REGULAR HOURS i GAVE MY SUPERVISORS COPIES AND ENDED UP LOSING MOST OF MY PAY STUBS SO I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES THEY DID THIS AND MY JOB WON'T CORRECT THE ERROR WITH OUT THEM AND WILL NOT GIVE ME COPIES OF THEM WHAT CAN i DO?

I live in phila, pa. and have been employed at a church as security for about 8 months and still havent received a policy handbook despite consistent request to my superiors.

recently during a snow storm i took a fall and hurt my leg/hip/back. I chose not to seek workmans comp because It wasn't so bad i couldn't work. i did however take use a couple sick days and planned on seeing a doctor but couldn't make it due to weather, I was then told by my supervisor that if i didnt return to work the next day my job would be in jeopardy so i returned to work. when i received my next check i was only paid for 1 out of 3 sick days i used because of a policy(which i was totally unaware of because i never received a handbook )stated that employees working with the co. less then 5yrs can only use 6.6hrs of sick time a month. Just wondering if i have any laws on my said regarding this matter. thanks in advance.

EVERYTHING i DO POPS UP ON HER HOME PAGE, NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE THE PICS i LIKE. WHY IS THIS? HOW CAN I STOP IT?

I work for a Philadelphia charter school and I am to be paid on two specific days each month. I don't want to be to detailed but on more then a few occasions I have had to wait at least three days to be paid. Because of that I've been charged lateness fees on utility bills, missed pre arranged appointments and inquired various other set backs. What can I do?

I looked at my pics and noticed a friends comment but it was in bold black writing and I could see their pic but when i clicked it nothing happened..

I was on unemployment and tried to do the same thing and it worked 1 or 2 times then they cut me off and sent me letters sating I owe...she just got shut off only to have them send her an eligibility of benefits extension letter, is it possible she can keep getting away with this and will they take my income tax return for the monies I owe?

I'm almost certain it starts with an e but no one seem to know what I'm talking about.

7 days a week then the next 7 days off, 84 hrs a week. Is my employer required by law to pay us overtime?
