okay I grabbed my fiances phone to transfer pictures from out trip onto my computer. As I was doing this the pictures are all scattered everywhere. They were not in order of date, alphabetical order, or anything just random. So I have to scroll all through them to copy the ones I want. Then I find a completely nude girl picture on his picture folder. I cant see it on the phone just on the computer. He swears he did not save it and does not know nothing of it. He claims he has never seen that picture. I cannot believe that lie. May I mention all the pictures on this folder are pictures I know he took for a fact or he recieved by messages. (I often text him images of our sons.) Therefore I know they are legitimate and the facts are too such as details. He says he did not save it or look at it or have anything to do with it, that some way it appeared there when I plugged it in.

So my question is: can your phone just automatically ever put/save a photo without you even knowing about it? has this happened to you or know of anyone that it has? not in particularly a photo but having things on their phones they never accessed themselves? I am at lost of what to do I try to believe but I cant let him see me as an ignorant woman.

I've been trying to get promoted to a driver. I've applied for it twice, the first time i ask the transportation supervisor that i was interested in applying for the driver position. He told me are you ok go ahead and apply but i can't guarantee you anything. you don't got experience driving i know you move trucks for us around the shop but its not the same as driving out on the road. Two days later he called me to the office and told he already had hire two drivers. So i was ok with it and told myself maybe next time. Last week i learned that they were hiring again. So i asked the supervisor again and he told me apply and we'll go from there. I aslo learned that one of the two drivers that got hired was white and friends with the transportion supervisor and didn't have experience he had barely got his class A license. Also one of my co workers told me that the supervisor asked him if he still had his class B license active my co worker said no, supervisor then told him go ahead and do everything you need to do to get it and i'll make you a driver. I also ask the regional area manager that i had applied he said he couldnt do nothing but talk to the trans supervisor cause it was up to him. So why im i getting refuse and they hiring their buddys and asking other guys to get there license, instead of promoting because i got my license i've clear with their insurance to move their trucks. What should i do i live in California.

okay so we have been living here in our apt for 3yrs and we just got new neighbors about less than 2mths ago.. i can not stand them anymore how do i get them out or what to do? it is a couple and they fight and it gets really bad because they hit the wall and slam doors yell curse at eachother and the girl is screaming like he is hitting her..they smoke weed and cigarettes the smell comes into my apartment and it gets so bad we cant be in here we have fresheners all over the house and nothing works. we have a 2yr old son and i am concerned about his health. when they cook they burn stuff and our apartment smells awful like seriously its all over the house. I have told the landlord to ask them to stop smoking inside or to fix the problem they said they couldnt do nothing that I had to go and ask them to stop and have some courtesy since we have a kid. You think they care if they beat eachother? should i have to talk to the neighbors or should that be the landlords job? also can a landlord get sued for asking if they smoke or not so they can be placed in an appropriate place? thanks in advance i need help I seriously can not stand it we cant afford to move elsewhere.

I have a 2yr 7mth old son and my hubby and I dont know what to do that day..especially since we will be spending it with our son. What are you doing that day? just for fun and maybe I can get some ideas. LOL. thank you

Okay so we live in a apartment and we just got new neighbors and well it smells like they are smoking marijuana all the time. I am not sure where the smell is coming from but it smells like its coming from the drain and then it spreads. I already went to the office and complainted they gave me airfresnhners and said to put one where you put the filter so when the air goes on it will freshen the place, but I cant be bumping my heater and leaving the door open to air out all the time. I have a 2.5 yr old son and that is why I am so P***ed about it because my son should not be having to breathe it and i shouldnt be having to pay for this. I also bought one of them air freshners that you plug in and it seems to work when there is no smell but once the smell starts coming through there is no way of getting it out. Is there something I can do to get them to move them out or stop the smell from coming to my apartment? They said that we dont share vents but the restoom smells too and lately it has been in the room too. It gets so bad we cant be in the apartment and we leave. What can I do? what should do?

okay so i finished my pills and was on my period I finished my period on friday (dec 18) and had unprotected sex but hubby didnt finish on me saturday (dec 19) and sunday too. i stayed off my pill until saturday (Dec 26). i have been taking it since then. is it possible that i could have gotten pregnant? i got pregnant with my son after having sex one day after my period but was not on any type of birth control. i have been feeling weird and stuff and my hubby has a feeling i might be pregnant should i take a home pregnancy test?

Okay so my boy is 2.5 and I feel really pressured to teach him now..i have tried puttin ghimundies and he will wet himself and not care to change after awhile...he will refuse to sit on the big toilet and goes stiff when i try to sit him on his potty. One day he peed himself and i took him to the restroom to show him we do pee pee in there and not in the room i took himto the room to change and he had the biggest tears he had ever had seriously, i felt so bad i didnt want to do it anymore and wait for him to be ready himself. seemed like i was torturing....

1. what type of potty do you use for boys?

2. how do you get them to pee in the potty sitting or standing?

3. what if you buy the toilet pad for potty training for the big toilet do they pee sitting?

please help me..my hubby wants him trained but does no effort to show him how its done and when he goes to the restroom he dont let him in...so he can see..i try to get him interested and have not been successful...

my sisters children are 1yr older than my son and just learned to potty and they tell me stuff for not putting mine he is the baby of all the boys one other will be 3yrs in february and has not even been offered potty, why is it that they are on my back over my son when he is younger than theres? do any of you get this from family too?
