I'll go first. I'm 18. I wear a MAC liquid eyeliner on my top lid and I cover the bags under my eyes with a Chanel concelear.

It's been about two months and we've been texting a lot, hanging out a lot, making out a lot. But we just make fun of each other and never flirt. And I, 75% of the time, lean in to cuddle or do whatever first. He doesn't really take initiative and just waits for me to do stuff! I know he enjoys it though. He once mentioned that I am out of his league. He is much older than me, about 7 years. And he is waaay less touchy than most guys.. Is he just shy? Does he feel creepy making moves cause he's so much older? Is he trying to take things slow? Or does he just want to be casual friends? I'm confused!

Is he not into me or is he shy or what? So I drunkenly made out with an acquaintance/friend of mine a few months ago at a party. I took the initiative that night, and he let it happen. I hadn't seen him in a really long time and I was kind of a wreck that night, so I apologized the next day for my behavior. He told me not to worry and that he enjoyed it a lot. Ive known him for two years now. We used to text a lot, a year before the incident, and I feel like we have chemistry-- similar personalities, sense of humor, taste in music/movies/food. He agrees that we're really similar too.

My ex who I was really in love with broke up with me because he fell out of love with me. We only went out for 3-4 months though. Also, I always feel like guys lead me on and then break things off or lose interest. I try my hardest not to lead guys on or flirt unless I am actually, truly interested... But I feel as if a lot of guys like to toy with my emotions. I've been rejected a few times in the past few years and had my heart broken once. Will I ever meet someone who takes me seriously and is truly interested in me?

So this boy I went out with for 4 months broke up with me because he "fell out of love with me" and because he wasn't "physically/sexually attracted to me enough." He told me there was absolutely no chance he would ever want to be with me again, but that we could still be friends. In fact, he told me that I was an "amazing person" and one of the best people he'd ever met in his life. This was 3 weeks ago.

It was hard for me to take because I was really in love with him and I thought he was really in love with me too. I cried for days and got pretty depressed...

In our relationship, he was the possessive one throughout and I was the calm one. I was confident and he was always scared I'd be the one to break up with him. It always seemed as if he loved me more. He was overly controlling and it was almost unbearable at times, but I stuck with it because I loved him. Anyway, he broke my heart pretty badly but we remain friends because we were pretty good friends beforehand.

We chat occasionally (not nearly as much as we used to) and the other day he told me I was "cute" but not "hot." And that men like "hot" girls. I brushed it off, and didn't really try to think too much of it but I guess it hurt my feelings. A few days after that, I changed my profile picture and he told me I looked "hot" and started talking to me in a more sexual way. I got really uncomfortable and told him to stop flirting with me. It just made me feel weird that he would talk to me in such a way, considering he is my ex.

What I really want to know is, why is he still flirting with me? Why won't he just talk to me like a normal friend?
